  1. Welcome to the OC Yep Nismo N1 kit -front number, side skirts, rear spats and rear spoiler. It's also got additional front canards and a rear diffuser. Very nice exterior mods
  2. This thread brings back bas memories. One late evening I'm in a queue at Tesco discussing this very topic on the phone with a friend. I said he should hire a midget who stays in the boot. When he parks up, said midget jumps out with a stool and sits outside gaurding the car. You return, give him a tip, he gets his stool and jumps back in the boot. We were laughing away. Then I hang up Turn around. There in the flesh. A REAL LIFE MIDGET BEHIND ME IN THE QUEUE LOOKING WELL P!$$ED ! Spent the next month looking over (and below) my shoulder for a midget seeking revenge
  3. Welcome to the OC. Reflections in your paint look awesome
  4. That's a great looking zed. What with the respray it must look stunning in the flesh. Hope it finds a good home
  5. Welcome to the OC. I'm really digging the blacked out centre portion of the bumper. Seen a few new members with this now.
  6. Welcome to the OC. I still remember the first day I picked up my zed 13 years ago. Drove around ALL day with Misssy Elliott's then latest CD "the cookbook" on repeat.
  7. This shows the correct fitting Yours is upside down. You're not the first to do this and I'm sure you'll see this errorade by other new members in future.
  8. Looks so much better with a black grille. Should have left the factory like that. The headlights, grille and lip go together so perfectly Joe Public would never know they were mods
  9. I saw black with red pinstripe in the flesh at this meet. Awesome choice Chris as you can see
  10. That's some mighty fine workmanship there
  11. Premium Unleaded only. 98/99 Ron otherwise risk engine damage when revving over about 4000rpm due to detonation!
  12. Immaculate
  13. Car is looking sweet in those pics. Glowing like a firey coal With more fine sunset examples on our roads I'm sure more people will feel the love for this paint variant
  14. Wow.....looks like a beast! Alot of presence there. But Only the one pic! This just will not do. We need more
  15. This is why I love the OC. Lots of brains to pick on many subjects. I've never done proper correction, only using my orbital polisher with finishing pads to apply glazes or SRP to the zeds rear to fill swirls where my hand marks the paint on opening the boot. Oh yeah......and machining my headlights with a firmer pad and some fine Menzera compound. Every day is a school day as they say
  16. I found this interesting information for tackling edges and contours and thought I'd share.
  17. I'm with Zmanalex on this one. As it's a neighbour I'd use it an opportunity to build bridges rather than escalate things to a total nightmare. He either genuinely felt aggro regarding something he perceived you did, or is a genuine numpty. In case of scenario one I'd genuinely apologize for driving like a loon to try and win him over. In scenario two hopefully show him you're a genuinely nice guy to make him feel bad about future numptiness. Even maybe getting your missus to later mention to his missus how genuinely sorry you were so that she is in the loop and on side. But Any future numptiness and pull up the old footage to present to the relevant authorities and deny any apologies given saying the neighbour is just a loon!
  18. Your username cracked me up Welcome back!
  19. Welcome to Zed ownership. I might have to try the bonnet adjustment on mine too

The dishes on his rims were UNREAL! I used to see his zed at Lockwood and Greenwood amongst other zeds getting a service. Even me t him at a couple of meets YEARS AGO as he was one of the main organisers on here. Not sure what happened to him.

    alloy wheels

I'm going to say they look like Racing Hart rims as worn by "Mr Incredibles" Mike's Zed
  22. Welcome to the OC. How can you own an Ark exhaust and not pot a picture of the zed from behind too
  23. This is not a "back to black" type dressing but a PERMANENT like coating that will last years. The surface has to be prepared very clean but it's well worth it with none of the fading or patchy runs you get with dressings after just a few weeks.
