  1. Great location Great weather Great car What's not to like
  2. This pic really shows off the gloss that you've achieved by detailing your ride. Almost looks like you got CANDY APPLE RED!
  3. Welcome back to the OC
  4. That's a cracking result. The new paint tops it off nicely really highlighting those curves on the Zed's rear
  5. Sorry to hear of your loss.
  6. These are the Nismo LMGT4 rims made by Rays. Not to be mistaken for the rims that came on the limited edition GT4 350z If I remember correctly the 19 inch Nismo rims weigh about the same as the 18 inch Touring OEM rims. Can't remember the widths but are about an inch wider on the rear compared to the fronts. Very strong wheels. I've been running them for 12 yrs over Manchester's finest potholes with no cracking or buckling
  7. I remember in the 80s, if you had 15s on your E30 BMW 325i you were a Don Can't beat the feeling of nice new shoes on your chariot though, especially a classy set of 5 spokes
  8. Sunset orange often looks a bit......well....meh But when light hits it just right BINGO!
  9. I'd not seen this before...... good heads up
  10. Welcome to the OC
  11. Damn.....that is a fine set of shoes! Hypersilver is the nuts. If I get round to refurbing the diamond cut faces on my Kia's black rims I may go for hypersilver faces on the black instead of polished. The reflections you got in your Paint in the first pic with the new rims look awesome too
  12. He's taken the term "bucket seats" to a whole new level
  13. These rims really suit the 350z. As demonstrated above.......they look sweet as, in silver
  14. Gave the zed a 2BM wash today. She had a couple little extras. Used a drying aid (Sonax BSD mixed with Chemical Guys V07 detailer) Some AG tyre dressing. Wiped on Optimum Optiseal on the rims. And a quick wipe over the exhaust tips with some Meguiars Metal Polysh. Probably my favourite part today was the tips. Nissan designed them spot on. Not only look the nuts but enough clearance under the bumper to get my hand in to wash around the tips. Enough girth to get my hand comfortably in to clean inside. So much so that a quick clean each wash is a doddle and supplemented with an occasional buff with metal polish every couple months leaves the tips factory fresh. A very enjoyable Sunday wash
  15. Removing it should be easy but I'd wait until someone with more knowledge confirms that it isn't providing protection to the paint below that is needed to prevent damage during closing the boot. I've removed similar film near the rear arches of our other car by simply peeling.
  16. Zed's looking unique and exotic there Andy James, with your choice of mods
  17. Glad to hear that your bonnet is back to it's former glory. These stickers were supplied to the dealership when you ticked the option for Nismo Aero kit when buying a new zed. 13 years after collecting my Nismo Aero kitted Zed I'm still contemplating whether or not to put my stickers on
  18. I know of quite a few members who have paid around £40 at their local exhaust places to just get the flange cut out and a short piece of pipe welded in its place. Drive in drive out for a couple of notes
  19. Congratulations Looks nice and cosy there. What a glorious summer to bring a Nismo into the family. Definitely a summer you'll remember for years to come
  20. I've heard of a few members radiator fans stop working. Could be a possibility.
  21. Welcome to the OC. Hope you enjoy the forum as much as your G
  22. Gotta love this weather. Roads are nice and dry. Cars stay cleaner for longer with the exception of unavoidable dust settling. Went for a random drive last night.
  23. That's one sexy rear end made even more alluring with the addition of dripping wet slippery suds
