Daily drive, 2nd car or toy?

Hi All,

I'm just wondering, how many of you guys (and gals) use your Zed as a daily drive (commute to work etc), as a second car (you've got another car as a work-horse/run about)), or as a toy (something that is kept polished and is bought 'presents' made of carbon, stainless steel etc and only comes out on sunny weekends and for meets).

Me? Mines my daily drive. I still buy it presents though

Mine was a toy :)

I've had a company car pretty much since I started my first job so have never needed a daily drive :)

Mine is my only car and I drive it most days.

I could never make the maths add up to have the zed as a weekend toy. My insurance is just too high even on limited mileage quotes.

I also think it's a great car to use every day, very usable.

Daily Driver - i keep saying to myself we'll use the gf's far more economical 1.1 206 for long journeys at weekends, but since im usually the one driving, i think about how much i'll miss the zed and end up using it instead!

Was the main car for 3yrs but with the arrival of kids it's now just for commuting and my weekend "toy" is now a boring 4x4 family transporter

Luckily I leave for work after 9am and come back after 6.30pm so miss the worst traffic and still enjoy the drive :teeth:

Daily toy for me too. I'm self employed and work from home so don't have a daily commute (other than sliding down the stairs in my jimmy-jams).
