  2. Wrapping just will not work and you will be disappointed when it arrives all damaged. Let me see if I have a suitable box and if I do, then I may consider shipping to you but the risk would be all yours. Most shipping companies no longer provide insurance for damage to body panels and some even exclude them all together. I will drop you a PM on Thursday if I can help you further with this.

  5. Here we have Genuine Nismo LMGT4 wheel nut sockets especially designed for the 18" / 19" Nismo LMGT4 wheels. These will fit any 17mm wheel nut but are specially designed for the Nismo LMGT4 rims. They are a very narrow fitment so that they do not come into contact with the diamond cut LMGT4 wheel, providing plenty of clearance to avoid any potential damage when fitting or removing. Very scarce Nismo item, soon to be discontinued Only £20.00 each.
  6. Very easy to lose a weight, but in the short term just check that all your wheels are tight and that there is no play on all 4 hubs.

  9. You are missing the point I am afraid. The aftermarket 14mm and 16mm ball joints that I sell are the same length. You are comparing an oem ball joint which as you have found out to your cost is not available from Nissan. I have been selling these for 14 years and never had an issue as I have always asked the question to make sure that my customers get the correct part first time every time. Also, do not use the castellated nut supplied with the aftermarket ball joint, always use the OEM nut. Also from your image, the 14mm ball joint cone is sitting far too high, which will reduce the protrusion. Unfortunately, you only had a mare fitting these as you were listening to the uninformed.
  10. The studs are the same length. The difference is the thickness of the stud which fits into a cone. The protrusion is controlled by the thickness of the stud. You will only be able to fit the nut properly with the correct protrusion.
  11. This is a very common fitment issue that I am seeing more and more these days. There are only 2 x sizes for the upright lower ball joint. The difference is the thickness of the spindle (threaded part) Off the top of my head, they are 14mm or 16mm If you prefer, you can overcome the issue by fitting a compatible lower suspension arm.

  16. You will get the shims from the same place as you bought the pads: CMS. You probably had no issues before, because the old pads and rotors would have been fitted properly. Correct, DS2500 do not come with anti-squeal shims.
  17. Ryan, What docwra has said ^^^^ But you already know that as I have spent considerable time answering your PMs, which you appear to have ignored. Copy of my last PM below: Ryan, I am basing my reply on that you have also replaced the discs. Firstly, I am assuming that you do not have a slight wheel balance issue at 70mph and that the brake application is not highlighting the vibes. I am aware what it states on the box but I have fitted hundreds of DS2500 pads to road cars and had no issues, except some complaints about brake dust. When fitting new brake discs, then all faces including the hub, both sides of the disc and the inside face of the wheel must be spotless and true. If this is not meticulously carried out then DTV will develop causing brake vibrations. No amount of bedding in will cure DTV. If all the above is good then I would bed in again, see guide below. Regarding brake squeal, again the caliper housing which holds the pads must be spotless. The pistons must all be free and the upper and lower sliders must be in good shape. Anti-squeal shims must be fitted to all pads. Finally, a good quality anti-squeal copa slip greaze must be applied to the rear of the pads. As I said previously, this is certainly a fitment issue.
