For the GoPro, I've tried a variety of options, none of which deliver decent, wind free sound with good exhaust noise and something interesting to watch. I'm getting an external mic with a dead cat to for the rear (out the wind) and then running a line up to the camera at the front.

Any scratch that catches your nail will require paint correction. You can fill minor stuff with glazes like Poorboys Black Hole but it's cover up, not repair. For the front end you've got no choice but to get a bit of paint into the chips, build it up with tiny dab of a cocktail stick and then polish it if you want to minimise the visual impact, but ultimately it'll need a respray if you want it to look spot on. Then that's your chance to get clear vinyl on to protect it.

Requirements 2,3,4 you'll comfortably get in a decent double din head-unit with sat nav and a reverse cam input (plus obviously the camera), I can't recall seeing one that will do number 1 as well though. I've got a cheapo innovv cam for front facing recording http://www.innovv.com/#!the-c1--c2/c13dx I've not got round to wiring it in permanently, so I use it on demand, but with a live off the ignition and a decent sized memory card it can be configured to switch on and auto record on power up and it loop records on the memory card in 10 minute segments, so all you have to in the event of accident is get the memory card out before it loops back and records over itself (several hours).
