Whatever you do, when they are cleaned/refurbed, ditch the wax and get some sort of hardcore coating/sealant from the likes of Gtechniq. I bet ilogikal1 will be along shortly to advise! The high flow cats make a difference, not just volume but raspiness. I've never had a stock y-pipe though, so couldn't say what difference it makes. Definitely spend more time in car parks though!

For the GoPro, I've tried a variety of options, none of which deliver decent, wind free sound with good exhaust noise and something interesting to watch. I'm getting an external mic with a dead cat to for the rear (out the wind) and then running a line up to the camera at the front.
