Buying a 350z once I get home

Recommended Posts

Hi guys I am currently living in Sydney but will be back home to Liverpool in April/May, and want to buy a 350 so badly

My previous 2 cars were an Audi A4, (always wanted one, and made me feel safe on the road again after breaking my back last year after a van took me out while on my motorbike) my car before that was an rx8 which I loved minus it constantly breaking :( ( power stealing always going, same with ignition coils :( )

I have always considered getting a 350 as they seem a lot more solid built an reliable than rx8 and seem slightly better on fuel an just as fast if not faster

My hunger for another fast fun car to drive has returned, as I miss driving more than anything while here in Australia, I do not like the roads here 1 bit, smash shops being on every corner puts me off completely, I can wait another 3 months ;)

All I can think about now is getting home and buying one so it will happen, I am wondering if there is anything to avoid? From reading I am not hearing of any major problems

What I am going to go for ideally is a 04 -05 I hear cheaper on road tax an will fit my budget, fsh of course, either black or gunmetal, I think I pref gunmetal, ideally under 100k miles, budget will be about 5k maybe more if needed an a better spec is available. I like the orangey leather interior, built in sat nav always a bonus( any issues with these?)

Is there anything else to watch out for that I am missing or anything else to consider?

Any info would be great guys

Thanks

Jay

:welcome: Jay - you might manage to get a gunmetal with higher mileage for the budget you're looking at. Forget about the sat nav - really not worth it they were crap so unless it is an aftermarket one you're better just budgeting to put your own in  Happy hunting :drive1
