  1. Hi Alex Do you have any plenums for a 55 plate DE?
  2. Thanks GSEXR, he's my old three-legged boy, he's actually terrified of everything but as he thinks with his stomach we bribed him up there with chicken lol Hammy on the other hand is the youngster and a menace lol Squee, it's actually from www.cat-climbing-towers.com they have a few standard ones they make, but they also do custom builds too, they were really helpful and even found someone else local to us to share delivery costs as they're not cheap, but with a lifespan of about 15 years it'll probably out live our furries! This one is The Royal Mews and at 5'6" its taller than me lol. The ramps are great with Timmy getting older now and only have three legs it's easier for him to climb on - Hammy just climbs the poles lol
  3. Timmy and Hammy's joint birthday present arrived yesterday, although at the moment I think we love it more than they do lol
  4. Don't forget the pet thread, that's always a winner lol
  5. Love it! have been debating bronze on the centres of my GT-Cs so a slightly darker shade than your copper
  6. They do get a lot of wierdo's on that forum so they are pretty strict on what they allow and what they don't, they used to be really awful and bitchy but its improved a lot, there are still some that are idiots though lol
  7. I had that "pleasure" too, Waterloo was a nightmare, trains on a go slow because tracks were bending in the heat! I'm sure some of you who have Facebook probably saw the below last night, which was actually pretty appropriate for my journey home lol
  8. We've got one of these, not great, but cheap as chips and handy for shows http://www.amazon.co.uk/Hozelock-Ltd-4140A0000-Porta-Shower/dp/B001ULCILM
  9. A pheasant, that's impressive! Ours don't bring in anything unusual, just dead birds and mice that can be dead or alive, we've found the odd toad hopping around too. A friend's cat did leave a squirrel's head under her duvet though for her to find when she went to bed lol As for toys, if you have room then da birds are great for tiring out the sprightly ones (has calmed her hunting down a bit too) As for the ones who prefer just getting mashed, Yeoww bananas go down a treat lol
  10. Lucky sod, I wish mine did! They used to be fine on Whiskas pouches jelly for about 8 years, then they would only eat the Whiskas Simply Steamed, then only Applaws, then finally the uber posh stuff they have now. I'm sure they'll have me catching and cooking a whole chicken for them soon enough. Our female is the same, I hate Whiskas it stinks, the female, Hammy, goes a bit hypo/nasty on it too, which is the last thing she needs lol She is stupidly fussy but the Felix with the crumbly bits seem to be the ones she goes back to eventually. One minute she'll be fine, the next she will turn her nose up at anything other than raw mince and cooked chicken or her biscuits. Timmy on the other hand will eat whatever you put in front of him (cat or human food). They both have either mince or chicken every day too (they eat better than us!).
  11. Why, OP is asking about Japshow (http://www.japshow.co.uk/index.html) not Japfest 2 (http://www.japfest2.co.uk)/)?
  12. Most of my cats have been females. They tend to be more gentle, more people friendly and less aggressive than males. Of course there are exceptions to this, we once had a male cat that was as soft as a brush, never left the garden and was no trouble at all. One drawback of females is that they are better hunters than males and like bringing in dead or sometimes alive rodents as presents (males usually eat what they catch). Pete We definitely have the exceptions, our female (the younger one) is a psycho and very feisty, and the male is terrified of everything lol She certainly is the hunter though, she brings in all sorts dead and alive. I have only ever known the male to kill one thing and that was because he was covered in blood and had some "remains" in his fur, I paniked thinking it was his at first, but it wasn't and no one has seen the mouse that lived around the compost since then so we assume it was him that got caught lol
