Packaged really well thankfully and he dealt really quickly with my incessant questions. morgs Posted April 16, 2014 Posted April 16, 2014 Driver's window got the dreaded lurgy and started working intermittently. Knowing Alex did the motors I checked his thread and saw that Ewen had taken over. I expected good things as I'd always had excellent service from Alex and I wasn't disappointed! Ewen came back to me straight away and answered all my questions. When I rang up to pay for it, he was great on the phone and very friendly. I spoke to him yesterday and the motor turned up this morning and is now fixed to my car, with a working window again! Thanks again Ewen, a perfect example of what customer service should be. 1 Quote
