Do you NEED spacers? No, of course you don't. the car is perfectly fine without them. do I think your car would look a little better with some on? I suppose it probably would. Would I buy spacers if it was my own car and my own money? No, I probably wouldn't bother! but as its your car and your money, yes it needs spacers, along with a TT kit.

Another no here.

For the marginal aesthetic gain, besides the relatively high cost, from what I've read on here, there's a risk of compromising the ride/handling to some degree. So I wouldn't myself.

Get spacers is my view. £100 is not high cost and it does not in any way compromise the handling (sorry Whatshot. Just my opinion for what little its worth.

Thats a hard decision, personally i like my wheels to sit flush, but your wheels sit a tiny distance inside the arch.

I'm not sure I would bother, unless its just started to bug me everytime i looked at it.

My car needed spacers, I would probably only fork out if they looked like this.

Yes, I would fit them if you're on a budget.

However, I dont like the idea of spacers so I bought new wheels to fill the arches instead.

Yes. I had Eibach spacers and no issues with handling at all and filled those huge arches better.

Money wise, depends on what you think is a lot. I didn't mind spending £200, plus you could always sell them on pretty easy to other members.

Am i wrong in thinking that if the wheel is spaced out more .. the end result is more road dirt is flicked up the side of the car. If so then i wouldnt this time of year

Nahhh, if you want some pretty, arch filling wheels, buy some 19s with the right offset. Otherwise save the weight and keep the speed and agility :drive1
