What I will have is a blanking panel which covers the 3 x switch apertures so if my memory serves me well the switches have to be removed so that the blanking panel is a good fit. Library pictures from a DE below to give you an idea.

I have the blanking panels that cover the 3 switch apertures in the centre console it that is what you are referring to. Might be a plan to post up a picture so that we are on the same page.

The DE (pre facelift) front arch liners are different to the facelift DE and HR.

The quality is better than OEM and in particular the seals are manufactured with neoprene and will not leak, which is a flaw with the OEM covers. I have been selling and fitting these for over 10 years and I have not had one failure or complaint.

What is your proposed spend?

The rear toe adjustment is made by adjusting the rear mid link by the bolt in the subframe. If the edges are off the subframe flats then you have the options as listed above. Some prices for you: 1 x good preowned rear subframe: £75.00 1 x new tow bolt kit (for both sides) £32.00 1 x new lock out bolt kit. £65.00 2 x rear adjustable rear mid links (for toe adjustment) retaining the OEM spring position. £760.00 The replacement subframe and the new toe bolt kit is the way to go. All the above parts are in stock so just drop me a PM if you wish to proceed.
