    Hydro lines

Just making them up from Kunifer would be your best and cheapest option.
  2. Only if you are planning to keep the car, as that way you probably won't ever need to change them ever again. However, you have at least another 50,000 miles or a few years left on your existing plugs, so I would tend to leave well alone.

  4. I don't think that will ever happen so, Concentrate on handling and brakes: KW V3s and Eibach sway bars would be a good shout. If you require correction arms then SPL is the way to go. Power grid adjustable drop links. Bin the pop charger and reinstate the OEM air box with a suitable filter and maf sensor. Some DBA T3 rotors and Carbotech pads with a suitable compound for your needs and some high temperature fluid and braided lines. Scorpion exhaust or similar with suitable sport cats or decats. Finish off with an Uprev tune after you have completed your mods.
  5. Why are you planning on forged pistons?

    Tein springs

Be careful with your choice of Tein springs as there are 2 x types: SKP24-AVB00 = 17/14mm drop SKP26-AUB00 = 38mm drop
  7. Going by your images the roof is beyond economical repair and it will never be perfect due to the size of the repair. You will require a new roof skin and a new A-pillar trim I am afraid. I am dismantling a red 350 at the moment so I have all parts in stock at the minute, including the windscreen etc.
  8. When was the last time that you had a proper 4 wheel alignment done? The best tyres in the world will not keep your car in a straight line if your geo is out. Same goes for excessive play on your hubs or your tyre pressures etc.. i would certainly get the above looked at as a matter of general routine maintenance, before or at the same time as the new tyres are fitted.
  9. At 18:08 on Sunday you mentioned that you might buy Pirelli: At 19:15 on Sunday you were advised to buy Michelin. I would consider that a quick informed response.
  10. I use these in the shop all the time, they are very strong and robust and can be reused many times. Ideal for exhaust and other applications.
  11. Give @Ewen@Clark Motorsport a shout.
  12. As stated previously you will have to decide on what power you want and how much you want to spend. You said for starters, you would like 400-425 whp, so I take it by that you mean that eventually, you would want to increase that. This is why you have to decide from the get-go what your goals are because supporting mods can be very expensive and these mods would require upgrading when you jump from 400 hp to say 600hp. If you want 500 hp with similar torque then you will also have to go fully forged. I do not think that you have a solid understanding of what is involved here. For your budget mentioned of 4k, the supercharge is your only option, but again that will be a struggle unless you find a good preowned kit and you can fit it yourself, but it will still require tuning and mapping so budget in a grand for that alone. Upgrades to chassis, suspension, brakes, fueling, tyres, etc. etc.etc will be another five grand. Add in another grand for coincidentals and 3 grand for your insurance and you are at 14k at the blink of an eye. For a safe 500+ whp, budget for spending 25K+ for the TT kit and proper supporting mods. My DE 350Z is putting down 720bhp at the wheels and circa 680 lbs ft which I have loved modding over the past 14 years but no matter how fast it is you are always looking for more, the car is very quick and is so well planted for circuit fun, however, there is a huge ongoing maintenance responsibility as stuff breaks all the time and unless you are hands-on it is not cost-effective. Perhaps in the cold light of day, it might be a plan to stay n.a. for the next couple of years and get your brakes, suspension, chassis and tyres sorted and build up your pot of cash and your insurance NCD and then revisit the idea in a few years time. 13. I think that you will regret putting on the Bridgestones. Mich. MPS4 is a far superior tyre.
  14. Will give you a shout back tonight when I am back on PC.
  15. 4K, Is that for your insurance?
  16. So how much power do you want and how much do you want to spend?
  17. All the above are options depending on how deep your pockets are. How much more power do you want and how much do you want to spend would be the 2 starting points?
  18. Probably: What was the oil pressure readings at other rpms?
  19. COLD cheap tyres in wet/slippy conditions with heavy right foot = back end out.
  20. I'll take them off your hands Vik, if no one wants them. Just drop me a pm and we will get it sorted.
