Hard to put a value on it without knowing the full spec.
It certainly won't be forged at that price and probably will only have the minimum of upgrades.
Lots of money will require to be spent to achieve big, safe power.
Only if you are planning to keep the car, as that way you probably won't ever need to change them ever again.
However, you have at least another 50,000 miles or a few years left on your existing plugs, so I would tend to leave well alone.

Concentrate on handling and brakes:
KW V3s and Eibach sway bars would be a good shout.
If you require correction arms then SPL is the way to go.
Power grid adjustable drop links.
Bin the pop charger and reinstate the OEM air box with a suitable filter and maf sensor.
Some DBA T3 rotors and Carbotech pads with a suitable compound for your needs and some high temperature fluid and braided lines.
Scorpion exhaust or similar with suitable sport cats or decats.
Finish off with an Uprev tune after you have completed your mods.
