  1. It's his buttocks clenching
  2. When you have bought some more goodies from him
  3. Just simply crazy tax pricing for what is essentially the same car/engine but good luck to those who have ZEDs first registered before 23/3/2006.
  4. Lost count the number of times when you end up following a car that does a max of around 40mph in 50/60 limits and they come to a gentle bend and its often down to less than thirty. Then when they arrive at a 30 zone (village etc) where clearly that limit needs observing even though it might be a straight road and damn me they continue on their 40mph cruise So you get to the end of the 30 zone that changes to 60 and catch back up, straight clear road for a easy overtake and well under 60 and what happens...... you get a 'look' and/or flashed lights as much to say "I control the speeds here"!! Got that off my chest
  5. Thanks Colin, yes i've worked out now the car has to be 06 plate or earlier, the tax saving is'nt the be all and end all to me ... it's more of a my money and the Gov not getting it. An example here http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/98247-black-06-350z-only-32k-3-owners-fnsh-v-original-rays-spare-oem-wheels-8000-ovno/
  6. Hey I resemble that remark - but the only power I like is what my right foot controls
  7. No doubt Ken has fitted a Teas Maid as well whilst the car was in his custody? And er, Rockingham....now why does that ring a bell More seriously, great to read the updates and look forward to hearing how this weekends session went - and have a safe one
  8. And with the withdrawal of the 370 roadsters from sale in the UK through lack of sales, you could be forgiven for wondering if 'standard' 370's might next be on the cut list by Nissan and they concentrate on the Nismo branding........ . (I sincerely hope that thought is wrong btw.)
  9. Would have to be a very early 2006 model to benefit from the cheaper tax as the rev-up versions first appeared in March and any unsold pre-rev-ups get stung with the higher tax
  10. Part of the reason why I used spacers that solves the problem. You could always carry a 20/25mm spacer & bolts to use with the spacesaver
  11. Can't miss seeing you taking part at my local circuit (Goodwood) - will speak nearer the time Andy
  12. No is the answer Naildialzed ^^^^ see posts above - thread now locked.
  13. Such a shame and really a basic error on a damp road - heard this issue out of roundabouts so many times on here over the years. But the good news you and no one else were hurt. Lovely looking Zed too
  14. Well we know you are in the UK but if you care to be a bit more up front with your location chances are members can help with a recommended specialist near to you.
  15. Hmmmm...........go faster stripes - now they must be worth another 20mph at least And anyway, Dan being subtle would be totally out of character Enjoy the racing
  16. Nice choice
  17. Betting is they did not bleed from both nipples on each front caliper (sounds painful I know lol) but so often this has been found to be the issue. See here on how they should be done: http://www.350z-uk.c...leed-my-brakes/
  18. Its a 370 engine Alex- see here: http://www.350z-uk.c...engine-rebuild/
  19. Hope you are ready for what comes Oh, and happy b'day youngun and only 50, who would have believed that
  20. Do hope you have a good day Dave
  21. Something cooling down maybe, from what I could hear? But initially my thoughts were along these lines: http://www.badasscars.com/index.cfm/page/ptype=product/product_id=94/category_id=13/mode=prod/prd94.htm
  22. Googling the number shows it is one that would go on my reject list. I would make a complaint to your insurance co and autoglass as the spammer getting your work number seems far too co-incidental. Oh, the BT8500 phones are good for stopping the crap land line calls (at home) - trouble is it is they are almost too efficient and discourages some who are legit
  23. Seems such a wasted opportunity when a digger has remove half your garden anyway - so another 6 or 7 cubic metres..........
  24. Reading these, it would seem Lewis is holding his hand up to being party to the sequence or errors that stem from the change from Virtual Safety Car and the actual one coming out 20 seconds later. Not excusing Mercedes though as with all the resources they have they should have made the right decision......... http://www.f1fanatic...st-him-victory/ and http://www.f1fanatic...ltons-pit-call/ Oh and sometime back in the race Lewis chewed off those talking to him on the radio - maybe that did not help matters? So I guess the whole radio pits-to-car-to-pits stuff is an area they will be reviewing. And shock/horror, Mclaren bags championship points courtesy of JB's car lasting the distance .....but might be their only bag of the season Poll on how soon Alonso hands in his notice - I'm sure he will have something written into his contract to escape when he sees his future being compromised by car under-performance?
