  1. Looks really Buster
  2. You are in company with Sarnie - the dreaded BI is everyone's worse nightmare. Glad you are OK and hopefully putting the damage right isn't an arm and a leg job
  3. Unlucky Liam. Given the cost of repairs always end up more than you think and particularly given the misses has Protected NCB (why pay for that and not take advantage of it ?) -so take R35LEE's advice above
  4. Another knobs and knockers thread
  5. Completely and utterly humbled by that programme - it really does make you so very proud that we have men and women doing what they are doing there, whatever the views on whether they should be there or not. Not only impressed with their modesty and just how they addressed the audience. Put most so-called celebraties to shame as to how to accept an award. The nurse, who was completely outside her comfort zone, was a real inspiration. Our warm heart-felt thanks to your nephew Dave, and to all the other heros and not fogetting so many will not be at home with their families over the next week.
  6. Taken from a US TSB NTB09-016: - Whether the service procedure might do the trick for yours 2009 370Z; DOOR WINDOW OPERATION APPLIED VEHICLES: 2009 370Z (Z34) IF YOU CONFIRM: Upon opening either the driver’s or passenger’s door, the door windows cannot be raised with the door open. Here's a pic of Nissan's offering and how it fits:
  9. We have a white out as I write this and I ain't going anywhere today
  10. Just a dusting here this morning - but something nasty seems on its way from the west
  11. +1 I did the exact same and saved lots of money they were really good even reminded me it was time to change over second car. Well I did that with Admiral - but wait till you get the renewal - suddenly it goes through the roof - usual thing once they have got you hooked they want to fleece you. Both the ZED and June's Jazz now with Highway through Chris Knott - from recollection I saved about £300 on Admiral's silly re-insure quote. But both cars are on separate polices so June & I each keep our NCB's going and so we have flexibility next time round if necessary. A nice thing through CK is that you can ring up when adding mods (such as when I added the spacers) with no extra charge. Unfortunately these days it seems you have to be prepared to swop insurers each year to get a decent deal, unless the one you are with will price match. If insurance companies valued loyalty in the equation with a competitive quote on renewal once they have your business they could dump a whole load of their call centres and stop a lot of this insurance renewal malarky.
  12. At the crossroads in the town centre with the reg G4....., but seemingly not a GT4 as it had a jap rear bumper when I looked round.
  13. +1 and I doubt my eyes will remain dry..............
  14. Thread locked for the OP
  15. That just reminded me Dave viewtopic.php?f=32&t=22261&hilit=bumper When you look at the pic on the car I think it works very well
  16. Hats off to him many times over - but no honour can truly reflect the risk those guys take every time they go to work. One of many real heros this country can be so proud of.
  17. You missed the line where he mentions about all dogs being put down But really, Beavis is a pussycat in the Wales organization - its just he likes his beauty sleep when we are at Moreton
  18. Missed out yet again Liam, i did put a good word in for you but i was told to **** off! I put in a word about you as well
  19. You two got your "colour me beautiful" cards out
  20. I bet you weren't in yours - all tucked up nice and warm in the garage
  21. Welcome to the forum Sorry to hear the snow/ice has caught you out, as with many others out there Both R35LEE and ZMANALEX are highly respected ZED specialists on here and with a good bodyshop you will find you can get a standard replacement bumper done a whole lot cheaper than through a Nissan dealer, no doubt something you are thinking of if you are not claiming off insurance. From the pic you have shown it is unlikley in that area anything serious behind will be affected, but you will only know once the bumper is removed. the good news is that should something else be damaged both the above are likley to have the necessary parts If you post up your location (or add it to your avatar) you may well find members can recommend a good bodyshop near you
  22. The team would like to announce our latest member. Well done Chris Keeping up with this place is remaining very busy and to share the workload the team thought it worthwhile getting Chris on board, and with his location in North Wales and hard work behind the scenes with the Wales weekends of late we hope you all approve.
