  1. Not everyone does spend their salary on a car. They just pay it off monthly.
  2. I think the most important thing to consider here is, EVERYONE needs to take responsibility for their actions on the road. Drivers should look out and be considerate to Bikers just as much as Bikers should be considerate and look out for cars. We're all on the road, the rules apply to EVERYONE. Motorists should not have to be more responsible for bikers on the road or otherwise. There should be common respect. Just because a biker is in more danger of injury doesn't mean the responsibility should be lain on the door step of the motorist. It means Bikers should be MORE careful. I'm not their dad and they're not my kids. Look after yourself and be responsible for your own actions, don't expect motorists to do it for you.
  3. I like hot hatches. I think they're pretty cool. But I like something a little different like, the old Pulsar GTi-R or the Glanza. I'd prefer one those over anything around these days. I'm not one for creature comforts. I like to buy something older and mod it to the max, strip it out and try to hide as many mods as you can and make it look as normal as possible. I used to have a Toyota corolla with REV5 Caldina engine. I modded it a bit and had it mapped on a MoTeC pro M8 ECU. That was ballistic, and raised many eyebrows when pulling away from far more expensive and powerful cars out of the box. It's funny to see a person's reaction when they can't get any closer in my granny grocery-go-getter with its 15" standard wheels and flabby tires. Ha ha!
  4. I just use a bit of G3 or G4 and get out the polisher. Job done.
  5. Holy smoke Batman, He was lucky to get out of that relatively unscathed. Bet he's gutted poor fella.
  6. How on earth did he manage to do that in an EVO? I was under the impression that with all their electronic trickery and YAW control, that was not supposed to happen?
  7. I've had dreams that my car had been stolen or, that I found it in a different place stripped and felt really gutted. On the other hand, I have had a dream where I was rolling in the colour red while holding my arm in great pain. The morning after that dream, a friend asked me if I wanted to go to the beach to play some footy to which I accepted. Then hours later as he pulled up, I opened my window to tell him I had changed my mind and that I was going to stay at home and finish off some work. My friend told me that If I changed my mind in the next hour that another guy called Jamie was going to meet him there and that if I wanted to go, there was a spare seat going in the back of his car but I declined. Hours later upon their return I asked how it went. He told me it was fine apart from the fact that Jamie whose car I would've gone in had crashed and rolled his car down the side of a hill and all passengers went to hospital. Quite taken aback, I asked if they were o.k and he said yes he thinks so, apart from the fella who was in the seat I would've been in had broke his arm. The colour of the car was red! I'll never forget that.
  8. Mine's warmed up after a couple minutes down the road, 10 minutes sounds a bit excessive to me..
  9. Stardust can't be making that much money at the moment, did anyone notice the face of that Japanese guy at the bottom? Sheesh!!... If he's happy he should tell his face. http://stardast.jp/product/350z.html
  10. I like it. I wish our roads were like snooker tables so I could rock my Zed that low.
  11. What causes the most pollution are our houses. How often are we crucified for them compared to cars? hardly ever is the answer
  12. Ha! Me too!! Glide to work on a wave of torque
  13. ooooo baby! See, I was gong to say they're pretty ugly but that one looks like a symphony of evil.
  14. Love it. Looks good in midnight purple with those dishy chrome/gold wheels ! Easy power gains here we come
  15. True, but was she going to stay there until she finished her co-co pops? No! Would she probably be moving in the next few seconds? Yes! Would this require using both hands and a leg? Yes! would she be paying full attention? Probably not! Could there be an accident because of this? Possibly. Near death? depends. I'm not saying that death qualifies my post but face it, she's not in full control. AND I bet if she rear ended your car at a crawl, you'd get out to see WTF she was playing at only to find a bowl of cereal in her lap. Are you seriously telling me you'd be quite happy to brush it aside and say, even though you're eating a bowl of cereal and have rear ended me, i'm sure that wouldn't've impeded your driving abilities?
  16. looks like an insignia with a facelift to me.
  17. i'd change the bushes ,drop-links and track-rod ends to enhance the coillies.
  18. Buy anything you suggested just NOT the Citroen. Crap clutches, crap brakes, crap gear box with a throw like a combine harvester, crap build quality and the dash board will be akin to a Christmas tree with faults by this time next year.
  19. You are never in full control of any vehicle while eating a bowl of cereal. Yes, you can do a few things while driving but to say you're in "full control" pffft, I doubt that very much.
  20. They most certainly are my good man!
  21. that's one bad-ass looking zed!!
  22. Anyone ever had a code brown on the bench press trying to impress your mates? I nearly did, but just let out a draft that'd sweep the beard off your face.
  23. For me, it's just deciding which turd doesn't stink the most when it comes to political leaders. I think he stinks to high heaven. I haven't read too much about his policies but according to the Daily Fail, he'd cut the MOD to its knees and offer higher benefits to the unemployed. Can't say I like that idea too much. Of course, there's more to it than that but, doesn't sound too promising. ( I know I know... the bloody Daily Mail, I take it with a fist full of salt)
