  1. I personally love the new style LED indicators, brake lights, headlights etc etc we see on new cars, however, they look awful on older cars. They don't suit the styling of 10 years ago and look like cheap and nasty Ricer add ons. The one exclusion may be the front reflectors, where if done right, can actually look well.
  2. If you reply via mobile, and don't select follow each time, it unfollows you. But this isn't an issue on the full site.
  3. Even if someone owned the car from new and dyno'd it every year for 10 years on the same exact same dyno, it still wouldn't give an accurate portrayal of BHP gain or loss. There are far to many variables that can affect dyno runs by 0.5% here and there from the obvious fuel in the tank, to the not so obvious air pressure and density, it's just not possible to do unfortunately, unless of course the dyno was in a controlled environment and was automatically run by a computer and the fuel was tested before each test.
  4. Don't forget that the repair kit is for booth left and right bank, whereas it's £200 for just one new rocket cover
  5. The issue with the 350Z dipstick is that it gets covered in oil when you remove it, due to the stupid design. If it's covered then you can't get an accurate reading, if yours isn't covered, then you must be low on oil. The oil in the spark plug well is common, you need a repair kit for the rocker/cam cover. Speak to Torqen on here and Adrian will sort you out
  6. Zero super in the ROI, your only option is to run 95 and take it easy, below 5k as mentioned. Use good quality proven octane boosters if you wish to ensure safe running. Like you mention, you can drive up here to NI, but thats not really practical.
  7. Why have you not bothered to service it in over 37 months?
  8. Everything you have mentioned is completely normal and to be expected IMO. W brace was probably removed to pass MOT and never replaced, interior panels scratch way too easy, especially the handles which I assume you're talking about, bolster wear is normal on almost all cars, not just 350's, Ray's are known to need refurbed from time to time due to bubbles in the paint and the banana arms fail on all cars. So I'm gonna go against the grain here and suggest £5.5k, compared to £7k for a low mileage good condition example.
  9. There seems to be a misconception here about declaring modifications, just remember that ignorance isn't an excuse. It is our responsibility to know what we are driving, this is more difficult with modified cars due to possibly having to check the whole car for anything that looks non OEM, but for non modified cars it's very easy to get a list of all optional extra's from any main dealer of that marque. I've insured with the Admiral Group a number of times, very easy to work with, very easy to declare mods with, but of course they're not covered on a like for like basis, but you'll be legal. I've also had a claim many moons ago with Elephant which was completely painless. The car was insured for £1500 and the repair was £1250 and they never even mentioned writing it off thankfully.
  10. I love sweatpants, just not the ones with the elastic around the ankles. the straight leg ones are awesome!
  11. The phone buttons may only work with the OEM bluetooth, I'm not aware of anyone who has it working with an aftermarket unit, but like them, happy to be proven wrong.
  12. The Kappa's were just knock off's of the Adidas ones, which were awesome by the way and I'd buy now if I could find them! I'd never wear tracksuit bottoms/sweat pants with elasticated hems, they suck
  13. ECP are a joke, they always have at least a 30% sale because their prices are 50% more expensive than everywhere else. Horrible horrible store!
  14. Check if these are Rays or standards. Not sure if theres a difference in size, I doubt there is, though. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/nissan-wheel-centre-caps-350z-z33-/322412126442?hash=item4b1142a0ea:g:W6EAAOSwLEtYlLOx
  15. Looks like the same colour Adrian had his. Beautiful.
  16. Now I'm gonna have to take all kinds of drugs to forget this. WHY THE HELL WOULD YOU QUOTE THAT?!?!?! :scare: :scare: Once was enough!
  17. Car looks excellent mate, second best looking Zed after the 380RS this year
  18. Fingers crossed. Oh, I meant to say that when I was over speaking to Nissan about getting a spare key done, the guy in the front office recommended A27 Engineering as being very good (Charles Hurst Nissan's go-to people over there couldn't do them because they didn't do the diamond cutting). So between A27 Engineering, Nuluk & Canavans hopefully I'll be able to get something sorted come springtime. I'll update for the benefit of others on here in a few months with what was quoted & done. I haven't heard anything bad about A27, but I think they only paint, not powder coat, so it's up to you if you have a preference between the 2.
  19. They don't care, but it isn't covered for a insurance purposes, but it's a fibreglass bumper that's gonna be prepped and painted anyway, so anything short of being snapped in 2 won't matter. There are thousands of bumpers shipped every month, if not every week, carriers are well used to them.
