  1. Thank god you went for an MX5, I remember recoiling in disgust a few months ago when a 206 was on the cards. Looks like a lot of fun to be had!
  2. This has started happening to me today. Cleared my cache and history etc., but pop-ups are still having to be blocked by my AV.
  3. It is stunning. If it was mine, I'd have slightly less rear camber and no stretch on the tyres... but in reality I understand the limitations of an ultra-wide setup.
  4. What an amazing machine, but I'd be scared to drive something that rare on a public road... especially if I'd just spent $500,000 on it...

    quad tip exhaust

yep that looks perfect imo .wonder what that cost Exhaust: https://conceptzperformance.com/tommy-kaira-2n009z03-premium-01s-center-pipe-w-rear-piece-version-ii-nissan-350z-03-08-z33_p_19147.php Valance: https://conceptzperformance.com/tommy-kaira-2n009p00-nc-rear-under-spoiling-no-coating-nissan-350z-0308-z33_p_19154.php $1900 + $700 + $70 (If you wanted the centre foglight) + shipuing + taxes / import duty = £A lot Probably better off getting a custom Ti one made if you wanted to spend that sort of cash on quad tips...

    quad tip exhaust

Tommy Kaira do a 4 tip exhaust with valance... probably cheaper getting a custom one made though... looks OK if you like that sort of thing...
  7. Not that it should matter what people think about your choice of car, but I know 2 people that drive SLK's... They are both middle age women...
  8. If I had to have a cheapish daily, then my ~£2k would be going on a Clio 182. Fun to drive and relatively cheap to run.
  9. Cerbera - in budget, rear seats and probably as much character as the Tuscan. You know it makes sense
  10. Am I incredibly immature for reading the licence plate as Tittys... GLWTS
  11. I just did a little sex wee. Please tell me you're going ox-blood for the interior leather!
  12. Ring them and ask? I think it's unlikely to be covered as you'd effectively be asking them to grease the axle splines, which to me is general wear and tear. It's a fairly easy and cheap DIY job. If you can remove a wheel, then you have pretty much all the mechanical know-how required... I managed it and I'm about as far from a mechanic as you can get. The guide on here is also really good.
  13. Same oil would be preferred, followed by same grade if not available. As someone once said on here though (possibly Dan/Ekona)... any oil is better than air!
  14. You could work it out with a bit of maths. You know most of the variables, like ride height, nose length and angle of drive etc.
  15. Mine does that and has done for the last couple of years. It's the heater relay tuning on / off. I only noticed mine after removing my rear wiper / boot weight.
  16. The kit looks to be around $5000 new, so that roughly converts to £3600. I can't see anyone paying more than £3000 myself as it doesn't come with any kind of warranty and turbo kits for the 350z are fairly uncommon over here so may add issues with fitting, tune and maintenance etc.
  17. It's a £7k Nissan... it gets driven everywhere any weather.
  18. You could say that about the phone though (Not the suck squeeze bang blow, unless you're dialing the premium rate numbers again). Very little changed for decades and then boom the market exploded. I don't think things will move as quickly with the electric car and there's still life in the combustion engine yet... In 30 years time, people will think we are dinosaurs for driving and liking petrol powered cars. Much like we think about people who lust after vinyl records... I for one will be sticking to vinyl, but will also have a streaming device of some kind.
  19. I don't get the EV hate. They aren't for everyone granted, but I probably would / will get one in the future for commuting. I live close-ish to work and queue the whole way. These aren't conditions the Z likes (Or anything which I replace it with will like). Something like this will be perfect for 1000's of people and it will save the petrol we need for fun driving.

  21. I guess it depends what someone is willing to pay... I know, not helpful. They are a good brand, lightweight and in good condition. But, the style and colour will not be to everyone's taste. There are 2 other sets of 19" Volks on here for around £2k and a set of 18's for £1k which have been for sale for ages.
  22. Sorry to see this mate. I looked at yours ages ago when you were selling, but it was out of my price range at the time. Hope you get it sorted!
  23. It's a mix of chemicals, like all other detailing products, but this one just happens to have a bad name for some reason. If you bottled it under one of the more respected brands and charged 10x for it, then people would probably rate it. This is using it as a QD, rather than a water-less wash, so I don't see the issue?
  24. The 996 C4S's are going up in value massively and that looks a good spec with the sports seats etc. The only think that puts me off is that 17k is still a lot of money for a 100k miles 996.
