Anyone else working today or have you already started your Christmas holidays? came into our industrial estate this morning and its like a ghost town, roads were also deserted compared to a normal Monday.

i finished on thursday all the way until the 4th. i needed the break after 6 weeks of 12 hours days and 7 days a week

I'm working, I did have the option of working from home however I'm not sure I could put up with the OH being all festive.

 

She's had the "Christmas 24" channel on none stop since it launched, if I see another Christmas movie we will need a new tv.

 

So I've come into the office for some peace and quiet

I finished on Friday for 2 weeks - go back on the 6th - which considering the weather today I'm quite happy about as could get called out to deal with dangerous buildings............but not when I'm on leave

 

however, I'm also self employed - so that pretty much doesn't stop
