DoogyRev Posted May 6, 2013 Posted May 6, 2013 A couple of little hob nobs Congrats to you and Mrs biscuit Quote
spursmaddave Posted May 6, 2013 Posted May 6, 2013 Congratulations mate! I guess that put an end to cars and modding Another frustrated racing driver in an MPV I'm glad I'm past all that, my baby boy is 23 on Wednesday 1 Quote
bronzee Posted May 6, 2013 Posted May 6, 2013 Well done Rich and Mrs Biscuit, that means there's going to be more biscuits in this world Will the world cope with Miscuit's. Mini Biscuit's. Congratulations. Quote
Fraktion Posted May 6, 2013 Posted May 6, 2013 Congratulations RT. That's some seriously awesome news! Quote
ChrisS Posted May 6, 2013 Posted May 6, 2013 Congratulations Rich. Just enjoy all of it. (There is life after children, mine are 21 and 18 this year.) Quote
Ebized Posted May 6, 2013 Posted May 6, 2013 Great news for you both Many happy hours of nappy changing to look forward to then - and with two coming looks like 6 months of hard graft on the Jag beforehand, because as Chesterfield, Coldel et al have found time working on cars certainly gets curtailed (And as I remember many years ago.......) Quote
350 Russ Posted May 6, 2013 Posted May 6, 2013 Congratulations, not sure if the 156 sw will be big enough, there quite small inside Quote
Ekona Posted May 6, 2013 Posted May 6, 2013 Mondeo estate + something cheap with 2 seats is the way to go I reckon. You'll never be driving quick with the kids in the car so might as well just get something solid that won't let you down, and then grab something sporty but cheap for when you fancy a hoon by yourself. glrnet Posted May 6, 2013 Posted May 6, 2013 Congratulations Rich, I'm really pleased for both of you, I know the disappointment of trying and being unlucky, the pair of you must be really chuffed to bits Happy times, oh, and well done with the teaching too. Top man Quote
flyboy Posted May 6, 2013 Posted May 6, 2013 (edited) Well done mate Lots of little t's Congrats. Edited May 6, 2013 by flyboy Quote
Arran Posted May 6, 2013 Posted May 6, 2013 Congratulations Rich, twins are going to be a handful you going to find out the sex of them or wait for a surprise? Quote
rtbiscuit Posted May 6, 2013 Author Posted May 6, 2013 We will find out the sexes early as we need time to think of names. As for cars the one I have in mind is an estate, 5 days out of 7 it just has me driving to work, but will be family based at the weekend. Really like the Lexus IS300 sport cross Quote
rtbiscuit Posted May 6, 2013 Author Posted May 6, 2013 Need an auto because of my bad knee, always said on my next auto I wanted paddle shifts. Miss my convertibles, this has a sun roof and paddle shifts. Cool interior, and lots of gadgets like on the jag. But the biggest thing, is they seem to be extremely reliable, like stupidly impossibly built. Plus its Toyota parts and servicing costs. And my biggest like is the fact that there are so few, I can turn up at work and like all my other cars, there won't be another like it in the car park. But I want it in the nice metallic blue they do. Quote
Arran Posted May 6, 2013 Posted May 6, 2013 Lexus/Toyota are quite commonly known as the most reliable cars in the world, you'll have no problems and that IS looks great! Quote
Beavis Posted May 6, 2013 Posted May 6, 2013 Loved my Lexus IS200 Sport....great car! IS300 is harder to find. Quote
Vik54 Posted May 6, 2013 Posted May 6, 2013 another set of zed twins!!! Congrats to you and Lucy - and nice one on the inspection Quote
spursmaddave Posted May 6, 2013 Posted May 6, 2013 Soon have enough biscuits for a whole packet Quote
