  1. You do not require the bumper off to check or remove the rad. fans.
  2. What exactly is the problem with the car, as you do not say in your posts ?
  3. HR has dual air intakes, dual air boxes and dual throttle bodies. Your HP numbers are about right providing you get a proper tune. There are many 07 cars with a DE motor. Alex.
  4. If you are running a DMF you will know if it is kaput with just listening to it and also the feel through the clutch operation. Or just pull the box and carry out a full inspection. Alex.
  5. What they say. P clips and mechanics appear to be the issues here. Alex.
  6. The washer is disc-eccentric, and is what makes the adjustment possible so £8.00 each is a fair price. I have all this stuff in stock (pre-owned) so you will know for the next time. Alex.
  7. The only difference is that one is 2mm longer than the other so if in doubt go with the longer of the two.
  8. I would check your coolant level from cold and also check the fans are kicking in when sitting stationery. edit: you are to fast for me Will. Alex.
  9. That is correct David. Alex.
  10. PM received and replied to. Crash bars and crash cans are in stock if required. Alex.
  11. One of these, one is toe and the other is camber, I can never remember which is which. 55226 8J000 55226 AL500
  12. Nic, No power gains to be had with these mods without a remap. Informing Privilege about your subtle changes will only complicate the insuring process. Of course if you want to give them the list so that all is transparent and that you have peace of mind, then by all means do so, however I think that it is totally unnecessary. Alex.
  13. Yes, always wise to give the hydraulic system a prime if the system has run dry. Alex
  14. If the coolant level was good prior to starting your lap of the ring then could be thermostat, head gasket or radiator blockage. Usually the head gasket would blow only after excessive temp was reached, however not always. I am surprised that you did not slow down as the temp started to climb on the gauge until waiting until you roasted it. I would fill and bleed the coolant system properly as per the Nissan manual and then carry out your informed diagnoses. If there is no oil in the coolant or any coolant in the oil you may have got lucky, however like TR I suspect that it may be the head gasket. Alex.
  15. 6mm x 1.5 if I recall. You will get them out of B&Q or any decent hardware store but take a sample with you to save multiple journeys. Alex.
  16. Just go to Nissan with your 5 digit key number and they will cut a blank for you, thereafter you will have to get the alarm/immobilizer sorted depending on what model you have. Alex.
