I am not proud of it and I do know that it is inconsiderate, however I park like this every time I visit a supermarket.

Remember that they are bonded in so removing the old one and cleaning up is a real pain, however once all the faces are clean, the fitting of the new one is straight forward.

How do you know your discs are warped. ?
More than likely you will have pad deposits or suffering from DTV.
Give them another bed in and report back.

Could you not literally rock up with some mates on their moving out day and if necessary call the police?
Did you actually see them replace all the parts that they say they have replaced and did you see all the old parts?
Did you supply all the parts ? if so then they may use that as an out.
I would make them aware that you have "noise" issues and make an appointment for next week so that they can inspect your car.
In the meantime put some miles on it over the weekend to allow everything to bed in, however I suspect that they will have to pull the box again.

It will cost you over £200.00 for the correct fluid for a complete change.
First step is to check the level in the correct manner as per the work shop manual or hand book.
Also find out from the garage what type/brand of oil they added if indeed they have topped up.
