As Keyser has said, could be the bearing failing or drying out or the bearing carrier sticking on the sleeve or faulty fingers on the diaphragm. Perhaps lack of lub. on the pivot ball/fork. You will soon see once you pull the box. All parts are in stock and good to go same/next day

Definitely bent, replacement arm and a geometry 4 wheel adjustment and all will be good. Car must have been handling like a dog:
