I would first run the tank on full to check that the issue is definitely only there from half tank.
If it is from half tank, I would then check that the OEM siphon pipe is working okay.
Thereafter there are a few mods available for this issue.
This one works well: https://www.z1motorsports.com/fuel-system/z1-motorsports/z1-motorsports-fuel-anti-starvation-kit-p-9558.html?osCsid=3pllqkhs9c3p7a1obdf46n2vr0
Probably just fuel starvation due to the design of the saddle fuel tank.
The only way for the fuel to get across from the left hand side of the tank to the fuel pump is by an internal siphon pipe.

Sorry mate but these sold last week on Pistonheads classified for £1625.00 + delivery.
However, I will have a similar set coming off a new 370 sometime in April, I am just waiting on confirmation of a delivery date from the main dealer.
There is a very clear answer, however, I require the information previously requested to provide informed advice.
I think that you and your garage are way out there depth, unfortunately.
I am done on this one I am afraid.
Good luck.
I have seen some DE motors with the 240, however, it can be an easy and inexpensive fix, but the OP, unfortunately, is not listening or providing the information requested I am afraid.
