In that case, I would firstly, upgrade the thermostat and rad cap with genuine Nismo parts. Running your motor with no thermostat for a short while will also give you an indication if flow is an issue. Fitting a Koyo radiator should also help, however, your choice will depend on how much space you have. Also it is worth remembering that the DE rad is different from the HR. Edit: If your motor is an auto then I suspect that you will require a rad with a tranny oil cooler or an external tranny oil cooler. Edit: Skunk 2 Alpha also should work for you.

How is your interior car heater performing? Are you losing any coolant from the rad?

They are flat reusable washers Ben and not crush washers, so no requirement to replace them unless damaged.

Straight forward fit, however, make sure that all surfaces are spotless, inside wheel face, hub face, both spacer sides and lightly grease up faces during fitment. Definitely a DIY on your drive, one wheel at a time. Remember and torque up all 40 nuts. Allow 2 hours for a proper fit and leave installation.

I would first run the tank on full to check that the issue is definitely only there from half tank. If it is from half tank, I would then check that the OEM siphon pipe is working okay. Thereafter there are a few mods available for this issue. Probably just fuel starvation due to the design of the saddle fuel tank. The only way for the fuel to get across from the left hand side of the tank to the fuel pump is by an internal siphon pipe.
