  1. Removing the counter weight is a no-cost option, you might wish to try first see pic/advice here: http://www.350z-uk.c...ight-too-heavy/ If you have a larger than standard spoiler on the bootlid that will cause the problem and the weight removal is really a must, but we have seen enough posts to know the struts get tired and either replacement or re-gas should do the trick.
  2. Thanks Will and reading the Neil Cunningham link is sobering and something that I hope we as a forum can raise some money for - pm me details so I can discuss this in the team area.
  3. Usual sand-bagging going on without doubt but just maybe RB will struggle in the early races with their lack of track time. Come on Will, tell us how Mark Webber is getting on with Porsche as I bet he is now more pleased he jumped ship
  4. Viewed it twice thoroughly (wearing my moderator hat of course )
  5. Might be waiting a long time for a reply http://www.350z-uk.com/user/15522-smd/
  6. Stumped for an answer then, ilittle
  7. I ain't putting pussy litter in my 370
  8. Japspeed would match the style of the bonnet Now what did they say about the mods to your Jag on the owners forum............ Oh, didn't you get banned for your molestations ?
  9. I had issues with the new forum and was using IE. Swapping to Chrome seems to sort out most of the gremlins - not perfect, but like you I am no whizz on the IT front but am aware there are different issues dependent upon indivduals PC/Mac set-ups. For instance, whereas I have no issues with the smilies using the PC the ipad simply refuses to allow them
  10. quote name='rothers2901' timestamp='1392657228' post='1216063' Ekona - What happens when you click either the Quote or Multiquote buttons? Can you do it manually via [ quote ] tags? Nothing it just give me the reply to this topic Box. /quote That is what should appear (brackets deleted around the quotes for demo purposes)
  11. Me and my minders - Humpy, SpursMadDave and Will370Z, with back-up just in case
  12. Its not orange? Are you well
  13. Nice one Lee Forum breakdown services are the best
  14. Not all the pictures are displaying for me either (I'm on chrome too) and glad you posted this as I have seen this situation before but presumed it was just something to do with my browser. Only occurs with threads raised from the archives. Will raise this issue in the team area.
  15. One V6 for another (rather than a V8) and the steering wheel is on the wrong side - doesn't float my boat as driving the twisties rather than A road cruising is my passion but at least you have the oil up there to keep it filled up! Love the colour though
  16. Just hope Macklins are up to the job required....as Alex would not be offering his advice without good reason. Good luck
  17. Your username is beginning to make sense Mind you, he might tell you to do your username
  18. I use Collinite twice a year (around half a day to do that) with monthly doses of dodo red mist (about 30 minutes) and it makes the weekly/fortnightly hand wash a piece of cake (about an hour) But that limited 'detailing' is because I bought my ZEDs for their driving experience more than show, but my shining seems to work enough for it to been voted best 370 at the last two Wales weekends. My gripe is the stone chipping as I am just ham-fisted and not patient when it comes to trying to get the 3-stage paint touch-up not to make the chips look like boils on the paintwork That's when I curse the metallic/pearlescent paints
  19. Potentially, the mechanical version of having your car 'keyed'.........
  20. Shame that lorry does not have one of those "How am I driving" stickers on the rear as I would happily report him for the wake he was creating Seriously, some drivers especially the 'look at me I've got a 4 x 4' types, just plough through water without any consideration for others or property, but then perhaps I'm biased after my wife and another woman got drenched this week by a van driver who had clearly targeted them by hitting a deep puddle at speed Can report people for this, as it's considered an offence. If you get their number, but when you and glasses have been drenched that is not so easy!
