  1. And nothing. I have an automatic search that emails me when BERK HFC's appear on ebay & you posted these at exactly the same time. Nothing sinister about it, settle down,
  2. You have these on ebay at the moment lol.
  3. Your fuel might have spoiled if it's been left in the tank a a bit is all, you get stabilizer fluids to stick in petrol tanks while keeping cars in storage to stop it occurring - redex won't hurt IMO. Try that first and give the car a blast with fresh fuel, should notice a difference - if not, back to the drawing board.

    Boot issues

Get someone to help you, have them stand outside and lift the boot when you pull the catch. This is the tricky bit, you need to carefully rotate the locking mechanism into the correct position - a small screwdriver should help. This happened to me once and it was a royal pain getting it fixed, but persevere & it'll come good.
  5. No word of a lie, I was going to write that this would be my option if this enquiry turned up a blank, Alex! lol My mate got his welder pal to build him a custom exhaust for his NSX. This was the result. Not after the noises this thing is putting out, but just a bit more grunt. Definitely worth considering
  6. Looking at making a small modification to the 380 to try and get some "better" noises out of the Car, the Nismo exhaust is so quiet it's pretty much silent. I don't want to remove the Nismo back-box & any new mid-pipe needs to be stainless & fit the nismo without too much hassle. I appreciate some of you will say just change the whole system, but I really don't want to. Thanks in advance for any advice!
  7. He's past 100 posts so I assume to sell a car!
  8. Not much will fetch you bang-for-buck like the 350z will, it's not going to destroy M3's or Porsches on the motorway but its quicker and comfier than a lot of "hot hatches" and "sport coupes" who try to claim the same ground. Welcome to the Forum - hopefully you'll get to a meet soon and see how enthusiastic our little community is :-)
  9. Welcome to the forum, don't be shy in showing us your ride, forums are useless without pictures :-)
  10. Can't see where it says it is an auto, photo if the cockpit shows a manual gearstick, also. Not a fan of the colour or the slightly retarded looking low-bumper number plate, but no arguing with the money spent. Thing will be fast as.
  11. Agree with ZMANALEX, a fake Nismo but not totally untasteful in the execution. A real nismo would come with better wheels than the standard touring alloys in black, those nismo embroidered seats are very obviously 3rd party tributes. Nismo Version 2 kits are never easy to place, but as the advert has stated its an import it wouldn't surprise me if most or not all the "nismo" mods were done in Japan. Nismo did clubman Z33 models but they are obvious as will have a modified and tuned engine to acommpany the high-end aero and suspension. Doubt I'll ever see a genuine nismo clubman car over here. http://www.nismo.co.jp/omori_factory/original_menu/z_challenge/
  12. Love the VR4 - such a rare car to see over here - you're a hero for having 3 of them! Great stuff!
  13. Vegas for a 4 day bender. Leave your phone at home and take as much cash (£10k at last check) as you can legally take and see whichbof your entourage can tank it all in one long weekend. Bonus points if you end up owing money to a Joe Pesci wannabe who wants to "stick your f%£king head in a vice."
  14. Hello all, Recently bought a new house that has in the past had decking and wiring installed for a hot-tub. I'm now looking at getting a jacuzzi installed before the new garage is built and wondered if anyone had any recommendations. Location is North East Scotland \ Aberdeenshire Been advised to buy a 2nd-hand tub and just pay for transport but I'm very much new to the hot tub game so am willing to listen to any advice folk have to offer. Cheers!
  15. Found this awesome taster video on the GT Channel that helps explain the concept behind the 380RS, it's role in dominating Porsche in the ST1 endurance series & its heritage in Japanese Motorsport :-) https://youtu.be/njB-bfq-XgE The full best-motoring video goes on to pit the 380RS against a Porsche 911 GT3, NSX-R GT, FQ400MR EVO & a Mines modified 350z.
  16. Holy thread resurrection batman! I take it nobody heard any more from this lad from Brunei after buying his 380RS?
  17. HJA are well respected, they were the original import agents for my car but they can't perform IVA's so it was transferred to Jurgen at JM. If you're after a car that is over 10 years old or more specifically a GTR - there's nobody better equipped in southern England than HJA.
  18. I found my 380RS on yahoo Japan car auctions by accident, I didn't even know what a 380RS was, I was perplexed that one particular Nismo Z33 was massively more expensive than all the others on offer. Once I identified what it was, researched it and decided I wanted it, I asked Rick from RaceCarParts on here, to get the car checked out. He did, quoted me for the purchase & deregistration of the car & then selected an agent in the UK to handle importing & IVA'ing the car (If it's under 10 years old) Basically, JM imports, HJA, New Era etc all have someone in Japan to source cars for them, but finding examples yourself is possible via auction sites. If you're serious about it, talk to Rick, Jurgen or Oz about the kind of car you want. I'd recommend looking around yourself first to get an idea of what to expect - bear in mind the £ is laughably weak against the ¥ at the moment.
  19. You didn't have this on the road a few days ago did you? Wellington Road, about 1830?
  20. Any nice car I've owned has been garaged durine the winter. The roads are salty, slushy shite up here from November through to March/April so a daily car is used for the more mundane tasks. An old colleague of mine nearly killed himself and his M6 on a ho-hum 13 mile commute - never seen a near miss affect anyone so badly, he traded the M6 the same day for a 4x4 Porker.
  21. With a name like KoukiKeith I knew you had something to do with 200sx or 180sx's lol Still trying to find friends for my Buddy Jamie who has a Sileighty - are you on the SXOC forum at all? Welcome to Fairlady land :-)
