Well, there's speeding, there's driving dangerously, and then there's this. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-norfolk-36973996 I hope they catch whoever it was & throw the book at them, they are clearly unhinged.

Rick fron racecarparts spotted this. It's not an S Tune GT or a 380RS, but it has the Nismo S2 engine, which makes 320bhp on the revup engine. Take a look. http://page8.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/h234532512 Always a delight to see interesting project cars like this come up for auction. If anyone wanted it, Rick is your man.

That's James (Jumzo) from Aberdeen, had no idea he was selling up!

A few years ago, a lad from Inverness made a bad decision that resulted in the remaining members of an entire family being killed (they'd just buried their elderly sister) - he was sentenced to 4 years in prison but took the whole episode very badly. Ended up taking his own life whilst in prison, leaving a wife and 4 kids behind. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/scotland/3932981.stm http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/scotland/4620412.stm Compare that with a guy with no insurance, no license who hit and run, killing a 9 year old boy getting 2 years for it. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/southern_counties/3461783.stm Or much worse, 4 months for the same thing http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-lancashire-12007100 I gave up trying to make sense of it all when I wrote to my MP asking him to explain the disparities & I got a stock reply from the ministry of Justice telling me I shouldn't be trying to compare cases. i.e. BUGGER-OFF PLEB. Even they don't know what the hell they are doing.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-suffolk-36953439 154 mph on the A11 and all he gets is banned for 56 days!?

Welcome to the forum, my guess is you tried using a hotmail address to join, I ran afoul of that too, glad you made it aboard :-) The Legnum VR4 is my all time favourite "wagon" - eclipsing even the illustrious and elusive Stagea Autech 260RS - I hope you're intending on getting them on the road as I'd follow that build thread avidly. Welcome again :-)

Welcome to the Forum by the way!

If you're after a 370z there's a low mile (12,500) mk1 nismo for sale on Auto trader at the moment, an absolute steal at £24,500. More recent GT models are going for over £30,000 - less power, less performance, less car, basically, for a lot more money. Madness.

Another one from Northern Ireland

Welcome! -
This is a bit of a bargain http://www.autotrader.co.uk/used-cars/nissan/370-z/used-nissan-370-z-3-7-v6-nismo-2dr-plymouth-fpa-201607216041301?atcido=soc-cars-twt001 12,500 miles for £24,500 - mk 1 Nismo (which is the nicer looking marque imo) Think that's officially the cheapest I've seen a Nismo for in the last 6 months.

If it doesn't have the reflectors then technically it's not styled on a Nismo V3 kit, its Autech. https://www.japanparts.com/parts/detail/39216

Can't see any shots of the sides of the lip, this is the V3 with reflector stubs at each end, right? https://goo.gl/images/QPfm3b

You need to battle other folk at pokegyms. Chose a team, mystic, valour or instinct. Red blue or yellow basically. You'll be aligned with that team and can dominate or own a gym local to you. -
Rick at RaceCarParts is a personal friend of Smoky Nagata, shoot him a message :-)

Well spotted, That's my 380RS in the top photo, we took best club stand at the show and one of our members took car of the show and best performance :-) https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=987770031321668&id=241369629295049 Was a good day, pleasure to see so many well modified cars inc the Rev Limits stand, who we voted for, less so the Ford's driven round the corner from the dealership. Waste of stands IMO.

What do you even get from fighting at a gym? (even if you lose) XP. The lifeblood of any decent RPG. -

I suppose I'm guilty of this. I played Pokémon when I was at college and during the early years of working offshore, it's a lot of fun when you get into it. Yes it's wierd stopping in the street to flick a pokeball at a random pokemon, its strange to stop at landmarks and pretend you're doing anything other than spin out some pokeballs and rassberrys, and don't get me started on using lure modules at a pokestops that result in kids and grown ups flocking to your location. Bottom line, it's not hurting anyone and it's simple fun, kind of what driving used to be like :-) -
Rick at "Racecarparts" has access to a lot of JDM stuff that you won't see in the UK or at least without massive issues with fitment and quality. If you know what you're after send a pm to Chris at Tarmac or if you're after a range you haven't seen, give rick a shout. IMO the best three best spoilers for the 350z are the Amuse, Nismo V3 and the insane looking top-secret bolt-on, but it totally depends on what else you have going on with the car. Avoid eBay like the plague unless members here can vouch for the fitment and quality.
-
Update: Transpires that it's the window seal that is causing the issue, it is pretty badly perished and no adhesion to the glass or the bodywork. I'm going to assume these are replaceable - but does anyone have any advice for me before I order some up? Cheers
-
Welcome. I feel for you, I heard that road tax for a 350z in Ireland is prohibitively expensive as it is, before being seduced into buying upgrades fron our traders :-) Welcome again

One of the members of our car club has probably the most mental micra ever built. http://www.fastcar.c...n-micra-pickup/

I don't know about stopping cats from pissing and sh*tting in your garden, but I know how to deactivate them for short periods of time

LOL Gmballistic - think I'll pass, esp if its an Audi you're fronting after all the stick I've given Audi drivers in Aberdeen I'd never hear the end of it Thanks for the advice, found a decent-looking set of blanking & conduit grommets online so will order those & get the car sorted when I'm home next Cheers again
