  2. I have the top one of those and it's very, very, good for the money, although it's not android. I will upgrade to android when I can face diving into the spider's web of wiring again lol
  3. Welcome, I'm up the road in Knutsford. There's quite a few of us in the area now. I've seen at least 10 different ones around. They don't wave much tho lol
  4. That's one strict MOT tester, I'd just give that a wire brushing and rattle can black gloss.
  5. Pitch is 1.25 http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/M8-Titanium-Hex-Head-Flange-Bolt-20-25-30-35-40mm-CNC-Machined-1-25mm-pitch-/111143276630?var=&hash=item19e0a7d056
  6. IDK, But I thought it was a bit weird to claim it's a 'Cossie' build, but it's clearly got a Kinetix plenum not a Cosworth one?
  7. Absolutely love these, I want one as my windsurfing waggon.
  8. No damage to either the part or the surround. I was prepared to destroy it but perseverance paid off.
  9. Dunno about getting it back in but you can 'lever' it out using a screwdriver. I assume refitting is just the reverse procedure.
  10. I thought UPRev gave a choice of several maps, including an 'Eco' mode. If that's correct then you should have MOT'd it on that map.
  11. Could be what he ^ (Me) said back there still. If all other possibilities are tried. It's not uncommon
  12. It can still be an import. Mine is. There was some sneaky Nissan dealer who brought a few UK spec cars in through Cyprus through armed forces. So it can have been imported and have the reg to match the date of first registration in the UK
  13. Same happened to me the other day, touch of opposite lock and no probs, the Zed's just so easy to control. The cops were laughing as they saw it all and knew it had caught me by surprise but I'd corrected it immediately turning it into a mini-drift.

I'm in Knutty Knutsford. http://www.350z-uk.com/user/23643-saint/ Chris is round your way
  15. It's just brute force - ..................... or use levers
  16. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/10K-Boost-Diesel-EGR-Valve-Air-Intake-System-Cleaner-Spray-200ml-Restores-Power-/162108162657?&_trksid=p2056016.l4276 This stuff is popular and costs a lot less than £150. Cleaning additives or not there's always a load of gunk in the throttle body on mine, at this price it's worth doing as it does look a lot cleaner after, and that's just the bits I can see.

Just swap your Coupe for a Roadster, problem solved - Before any slating, try it, I have been a coupe kinda person since whenever and my Zed is my first convertible (not counting my mum's Astra GTE a looooong time ago ). I attempted to do what everyone says on the site about trying a few before you buy, but the first one I tried was the one I have - I was just taken with the whole package.
  18. If your battery is OK then there's no need to worry as the radio and amp don't draw much power once turned on. You'd probably be able to have them turned on for several days before the battery dies.
  19. Interesting, very interesting. He seems to have solved the major problem of getting the air into the engine with an incredibly ingenious ';ram air' system. This i has always been the sticking point in DE tuning, I'm sure a few of the guy's I've seen on here looking for more N/A power will be interested. 350HP with not that many changes is IMHO pretty decent gains.
  20. I got an e-bay one - it's OK better than Nissan's OEM one Like this one http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Nissan-200SX-300ZX-350Z-S13-S14-Gunmetal-Oil-Filler-Cap-/112066225555?hash=item1a17aae593:g:8UQAAOxygj5SdtBf
  21. It's a common fault of the OEM Nissan (McGuard), locking nuts, the 'spinny' bit breaks off, but leaves enough of a stump for the 'removal tool' to get it off.
  22. This happened to mine, I just went down to the local tyre place where they had a nut removal tool (most of them have these) and it was off in 2 seconds as if it was a normal nut. Don't panic it's really easy and not a hassle
