Welcome to the OC Scorpion exhaust comes with lifetime warranty I think. Not sure if it's transferable but it's still a reassuring hint to a quality item. It's on my shortlist come time my original one fails. How's she sounding?

Yesterday the police approached our receptionist at work. "Nobody is to leave the building...... there's a bomb been found in the area. Stay inside until further notice" I looked out the window at my Zed in the car park outside. Inside a little tear was brewing....."but my Zed's outside" Look what I shared: Wilmslow Road shut off as bomb squad carry out 'controlled explosion' - Manchester Evening News @MIUI| https://www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk/news/greater-manchester-news/live-updates-wilmslow-road-shut-18389918?utm_source=whatsapp.com&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=share at Luckily it was made safe by bomb squad and the officer popped round a couple hours later and said it was safe to leave. I could have reassured the officer right from the start though "You see officer, it's all a misunderstanding, a false alarm. Word's spread about me parking my Zed here and everyone knows that the 350z is .......Da BOMB!"

Don't know if it's clever marketing but when Uniroyal use the terms RAINSPORT, SHARKSKIN TECHNOLOGY it makes me feel they're safer in the wet. Got these on our Kia Sportage. Couldn't get them in 175/65/15 for our Mini so put Uniroyal RAINEXPERT on instead. I mean, rainEXPERT.......EXPERT! Never really pushed either really hard braking/accelerating/cornering in the rain. So I can't really say more than they're doing well for me so far.

That's an awesome new ride

Such a tease. Gives us a little glimpse. Tells us about the power. Keeps us all in suspense. More engine pics and info....... pretty please

Welcome to the OC Always good to see new members with their zeds. I always think the more owners find the OC the better the chances more zeds are spared the scrap heap. As a source of information on zeds this place is hard to beat

Welcome to the OC Gorgeous combo of wheels and body kit. Here's some pics of my LMGT4s when they were box fresh in 2007 to give you a better idea of what a fresh refurb in silver with polished lips looks like Tell me that ain't the sexiest finish for these rims. They do need a lot of care though being polished lips. BUT With regular washing and protection, 11 years later with my zed used daily they still looked good in 2018 after a clean and a coating of gtechniq wheel armour .....and a pic this year I think the fact the spokes are painted and not polished helps. I have another car with diamond cut faces and they ALL got white worm after about 4 years nomatter what I did. It would creep in at the side of the spoke that rotates forward along the edge as if the spoke slices through the air and is bombarded my brake dust on that edge breaking the lacquer integrity and allowing corrosion. I had them refurbished under warranty and they've all corroded AGAIN. That's 2 sets of wheels damaged in 9 years with only 39k mileage!

I'm not sure about the getting worse bit but the 350z has a very characteristic vibe through the gear knob. At first it did my head in. Was buzzing in my hand lime a rampant rabbit with a broken off switch. Now when I drive the zed after driving the wife's car its reassuringly lively like a dog tugging on a lead itching to go out for a walk Maybe post up where you are so you can compare knobs with other members nearby

I've seen a few members do this and it looked ok to me. BUT Definitely a NO NO if you're rolling on Ling Long tyres

Let me know how you get on. I've had a bottle sitting on the shelf for over a year

Don't do what my brother did. He was so happy with it used every couple weeks he dug it out again. First wash after 3 months and tried ONR He said it was like trying to clean a babies diorrhea butt with just one baby wipe

As I parked up a bloke comes upto me. His son has a 350z and didn't believe him that he sees a sunset orange one in the area. He then proceeded to start a WhatsApp call as evidence. So.......Hamza.....if you're on here and now you can believe your dad

Thought I'd add my findings here too Basically 6 weeks and 7 touchless washes later, it's still beading well. Lost maybe 60% slickness (using the "HEADPHONES" scale )

So it's about 6 weeks since the Zed was washed with a mitt and the TW applied. Today was the 7th touchless wash (wheels and exhaust tips had mitt washes though). Car lives outside. Driven to work during the week. Although only the odd day of rain it still looks dusty and spotty. Same clean as before. Sprayed on Powermaxed Jetwash and Wax with pump sprayer. Jet rinsed off with the Worx Hydroshot. Gave a finer mist to show what beading is left..... No drying towel as it's not 100% clean. So the leaf lower again. Unlike the first few washes, the paint is starting to "grip" water specs more. Probably sap. Leaves tiny specs even with the blower that I didn't get the first 3 times. Here they are on the roof. You can't see them from a few feet away Car done as well as mitt wash on the wheels This will be the last update on this. It's my birthday next week and I'll be getting some "me" time to do use my Bilt Hamber fallout remover, Tac Systems Clay Cloth, Autofinesse Tripple followed by some Fusso. Then might do a 6 weeks touchless wash test on the Fusso But resisting getting the mitt out is SOOooooo hard
