rtbiscuit Posted December 30, 2014 Share Posted December 30, 2014 If I'm honest its been a rubbish birthday, but there has been a lot of positives from it. I managed to go and see my aunt on my birthday. She was in the final stages of terminal bowel cancer, and I managed to spend a few hours with her yesterday. She was lucid for most of it, but when I said goodbye she was just starting to struggle to keep conscious. She spent all of today very unresponsive. Sadly 2 hours ago she passed away. I'm glad that I got to spend time with her one last time. And its sad to think I was the last to speak to her. She was an amazing woman and will be greatly missed.
