I thought I create a thread about stanced look

Not my car but stanced look big in states.

So many pot holes in UK it will ruin your car though.

My input on the topic

I am in the process of standard Z hunting to turn into a bit of a show car for our work, and as it will only mainly be shown to customers and at shows - I am looking at going down the "stanced" route.

I also like the bright red Z - smoothed wide and low!

i love stance but it is being ruined by people in crappy 1998 polos with terrible wheels

at one point had my Z slammed with camber and can honestly say it was the most exhausting drive ever,

put it this way small speedbumps kept knocking my exhaust off

Low and wide with slight camber looks good. The red zed above sits well

Loads of camber and the tyre wall covered by the arch looks daft. Even more camber with the tyre wall and the wheel covered is just gay

In terms of drop and camber this is as far as I'll go. I do 500 miles a week and so I don't want to be eating £1,200 of rubber every 6 months and want to enjoy the car rather than nurse her everywhere.

Yeah that is what I meant about driveable, yes you may have to avoid speed bumps and multi-storeys (who doesn't) but you can use your car everyday :)

Low & wide looks great, I love it as long as it's not ott and is still drivable ...... not a fan of excessive camber and stretched tyres though :)

No the stretched tyre look is awful and most probably dangerous too

I'm sure Dan has stretched tyres ;)

None, it's all the layers of paint weighing it down :stir:
