As a few of you know I sold my beautiful zed with the plan of taking on a gt4 ( and a financial commitment with it ! )

However my friend is keeping the gt4 for a bit longer , so looking into a new car .

30-35k max budget

Nothing really old

Top of my list is a nice e92 m3 competition pack . ......other than that I'm a little stumped !!

Any suggestions ?

a few good options out there as we all know but if I were in your place I will get something that will not depreciate in value...not great loosing 5k or 10k in a year or two...stretch a bit the budget and get a GTR R35...can't go wrong with that I suppose :snack:

The problem is I'm finding that for a 911 gtr or other such cars .... They are above my budget of max 35k and even at 40k you are getting the cheapest/ worst ones to pick from .

My reasoning for an m3 is , v8 , Rev to 8300rpm , get a good choice of low mileage ones in my budget , already lost a huge amount in depreciation , dct is pretty flipping good !

Sadly and only personally there is nothing in that budget I would want to part with the cash for.

So going to go left field, Honda Nsx, be a great car to own, you wont loose any money and still suitably different to enjoy the scene :)

That's my problem ..... Think I need to find / save another 5k , as at 40k you get a lot more choice .

Grudz. ^ really like those , but being fibreglass I would really worry how it would hold up having to live outside .

How long are you expecting to keep it? I wouldn't be worrying too much about it unless you are going to keep it for quite some time.

Josh you're so close to R35 GTR money that for me, that's were I'd be aiming. ;)

My guess is the R35 will hold its value well (a lot better than some of the other suggestions made) and be easy enough to re-sell. Not to mention it is a massively capable car which is highly tune-able should you decide to modify it.

You'll never loose money on a nsx

Gtr r32

Gtr r34

Also like the exige and evora.

Like the look of the evo x and still have change for mods ;)

Don't get an m3 >_>

Especially in white
