Thanks for the info I could fabticate a 50mm stainless perforated pipe with 80mm outer wrapped with an insulating material !! this would stop the resonance , I used chery bombs on my ZM to de-cat that, could do with an old Cat to set up a Jig Anyone ? Dick, Providing that you have the Brembo callipers and the rotors are in reasonable condition then the DS2500s will be more than adequate. They do have to be bedded in though, so perhaps that may have been your issue last time round. I have them good to go same/next day at £185.00 for the four corners Cheers, Alex.

It will just be tight mate. Gently hammer a blade between the friction material and the rotor. Remember that it has to come out square so you may have to work at it a little bit. Alex.
