  1. What's the spec of the oil?
  2. Get something different. Don't try and match the Zed, just make it a change. How about a hot hatch? Clio or Megane RS are great cars. Go mid engined with an Elise or a Boxster. Maybe you need a V8 in your life, so a TVR or bargetastic AMG Merc (or a BMW 6-Series ) could fit the bill. Or try an RX-8 for a seriously unique engine. It doesn't have to be better/harder/faster/stronger, just different.
  3. Bah, rumbled! *cuddles up to Nankang pillows*
  4. I put part worns on the 911 before I flogged it They were still N-rated PS2, but they were cheap like budgie.
  5. Blade runner is crap. Overrated garbage. Yeah, I said it.
  6. Now you mention it, yes! I remember seeing the first shot of it and thinking "Ooh, new Impreza!" and then at the first wide shot it was obvious it was the hatch, and I just assumed that I'd seen it wrong in the first place. Good spot fella
  7. Good looking car The fact that Redline have a 12C above it and a Superleggera Gallardo below it in price does it no favours though!
  8. The yellow stuff? The amazing smelling stuff? God I love that smell
  9. Looks good:) What wax/sealant did you use after the UC?
  10. Saw this tonight. It's excellent, it really is. There's much less focus on the cars and its the better for it, and the action scenes are incredibly well done. This is the best film out of the entire series, as it's much more cohesive in what it's trying to say. And yes, the end section is just about right. You can see they were all friends, and there was no acting in that.
  11. Possibly. Depends on alignment, weather, how hard you're driving etc. I normally just leave them at road pressures unless it's really hit or I'm really sliding the car.
  12. Don't do it from speed, 30 is fine, it'll just let you know where the issue is on the car.
  13. I'd check the wheel nuts were tight, first off. More likely to be a sticky caliper than anything wrong with the tyres. Could be alignment, but very unlikely. What happens when you brake hard with no hands on the wheel?
  14. Ref TTS and 335i looking the same as the cheaper models: That's also a good thing, means you stand out less when pressing on or you can surprise a few things Sometimes you just need a change.
  15. This isnt the case. When on a road going car can u really push the car. I bought mine with budgets on it which i assume the seller put onit to sell. The fronts are still on and ive since replaced the rears with pilot sports. My bmw always had pirellis on it and was very tail happy. 9 times out of 10 my 4 yr old is in my car with me and ive got no problem with the old or new tyres that were fitted to the carand if ur within the speed limits ive never had any problems. I think in some cases its not the tyres its the drivers needing to learn how to drive the car properly. Indeed it is. And, with all due respect, if you think that a car on crap tyres still handles like on rails then I would humbly guess that some learning may well be in order. I know that sounds harsh, and I don't mean it to be, but there's a lot of people on here who can seriously pedal and they will all tell you the same thing, that the tyres used make a hugely fundamental difference to the way a car handles. On the road you can't really push a car 10/10ths, but 8/10ths? Yeah, you can, and you'll still feel the difference. Only by driving at under 5/10ths do I personally believe you wouldn't notice any difference. If you only ever use a Zed (or any performance car, for that matter) in the same way that you'd use a Micra then you may not notice the difference in everyday driving. Well, except that the better tyres will last longer... Where you will notice it is if you have an emergency caused by someone else being a d*ck. If you need to slam the anchors on, or take excessive evasion action, you may well find that those budget tyres cause you as much grief as the emergency itself. I don't just advocate the use of quality tyres for the sake of going quickly, I also do it for the sake of stopping quickly too.
  16. That's very easy, the best value are the MPSS as they will last far longer than any other brand. Proven now across many different cars and for a few years. Given that they're no longer the expensive option, they're an absolute no brainer if you just want the best value tyre you can buy. The fact they're the best performing too is just a bonus.
  17. If you folks think that the Zed handles 'like on rails' on crappy tyres, then you're going to get a real shock when you put it on something decent.
  18. I tried Tidal back in January, before they were bought out. Yes, you could tell the difference in quality, but the library was so limited it was pointless. They even advertised stuff that they didn't have any rights to, just to make it look better.
  19. Chuck 'em on eBay. Or doughnuts. Depends if you want money or fun
  20. Now I'm picturing her as the Terminator
  21. And if you like TS, like I do, it's useless.
  22. I don't have iMatch, no, which makes it even more odd. The tracks you downloaded, you got them from iTunes? Are they in 256? Tbh, if it's only 20 tracks and they're relatively common ones, I'd either suck it up and buy them again on iTunes or just yarr them from your favourite torrent site.
  23. Odd, I don't have that issue with any of my stuff: Once iTunes went DRM-free, I've not had any troubles at all. Got an example of the tracks in question?
