  1. Will......I have I done it for you second time round is the question
  2. Premium Connect was introduced early in 2010 - same system since then. As you (like most of us on here) want a sports car to sound like one - first thing you do is ditch the OEM system for an aftermarket one - lots of choices out there. Then just keep the synchro rev on and the sound is transformed. Don't waste you money on pop chargers - they are known to reduce BHP. The sub is in the boot (where the spare wheel normally hides). Think you were more than a tad ambitious expecting to get a 2011 370 with less than 30k miles for 14k. For a dealer their price is quite reasonable IMO. Having had two 350's and then the 370, personally I found the drive just as rewarding and the updated cabin much improved. Style, well the 350's are iconic and not sure the 370 will ever match the 350's in that regard but their comparative rareity for me was a bonus. My 370 ownership was one of the longest I have kept a car and I would have kept it had the need for 4 seats and a hatch not demanded a change. Quite honestly, it sounds like you had a useless salesman who didn't know what he was selling or could show what the car offered. The only thing I think he got right, from what you said, was sticking to the price being asked - sorry, but 370 prices (if the car is sound) have not dropped as far as you were hoping. Hope that helps.

  4. A little vid of the benefit of using winter tyres for you guys up there in the snow:
  5. Well that's gone right over my head
  6. You could have saved all that hassle Graham and had a nice drive out in the ZED and hand delivered them
  7. Ask to see pictures of the damage, if they have any, to help you decide if it is worth pursuing.
  8. Er, let's keep it on topic guys - can't blame the planners for everything you know , or even thosy pesky building control officers.
  9. I'm in Boston Massachusetts No I tell a lie ... that was 2010 Getting concerned you have caught Whackyitus
  10. Got a head up from Adrian. To answer all your questions would require confirming that you actually have a hernia indeed in the first instance. Most times the diagnosis is obvious on clinical examination. Sometimes you may need an ultrasound or radiologic modalities. Treatment is often elective(planned) but if you develope a complication like strangulation then you will require emergency surgery. Typically for an inguinal hernia the gold standard repair is the Lichtenstein technique (mesh overlay repair) and it's usually a daycase procedure. Endoscopic (keyhole) repair is also possible but usually employed for a simple inguinal hernia. So if all you have is a lump in the groin which comes up when you strain, stand etc and that reduces easily when you apply gently pressure to it, lie down or wear even a corset. Typically you may experience a heaviness, dragging sensation or mild discomfort when it's popped out but this goes away when back in. If the lump becomes very painful, red/hot, unable to reduce, or you start to vomit or experience a distending tummy then these may suggest a serious complication requiring emergency surgery. You can reduce the chance of the hernia symptoms worsening or complicating by avoiding strainous activities, avoid constipation, treating persistent cough etc. I'm quite happy for you to contact me by pm or phone so we can discuss things of a more personal nature and I can try to advice appropriately. That's what I said Batman Corrected that for you
  11. You can get a new one for just over £900 (+shipping & tax) http://www.stillen.c...913-11905.html. So a tad optimistic to get that for a s/h one several years old and covered 23k miles on the road, me thinks
  12. Don't worry, its just whackybacky not looking at the thread heading again
  13. +1 about pming GT4 Zed This one: http://www.350z-uk.c.../10799-gt4-zed/
  14. Nissan says the ground clearance for a 370 on 18" wheels is 126mm and on 19" wheels it is 125mm. You must be a heavy bugger then to lower the ride height to 100mm or less
  15. Nope, you have to take the pain like the rest of us
  16. Post #37 is the last time the OP was on the forum

Try pming R35LEE (trader/member on here) - he tends to have these type of items from ZEDs he breaks.
  20. Traders gain and lose reputations and when it is the latter and have been badly 'bitten' survival is likely to mean they will make doubly sure there is no repeat. Lancia is a good example where they ignored the rusting issues that then led to their demise in this country....... I have never had any issues using Tesco Momentum in my ZEDs - it was either that or Shell Opitmax/V-Power, with only a couple of top-ups with 95 in the depths of Scotland and I had an uprev setting on the 370 for that RON. Just cannot understand why owners should skimp a few pence on theur fuel..... but it does make you wonder if they then skimp of other running costs....
  21. Another - much more reasonably priced http://www.express.c...-sale-of-43-000
