  1. If you got Midge to dress up as Santa and deliver it with a personal show for the lovely Liz you might just get away with that But how much would his fee be - could be an expensive iron
  2. Virtually the same as me (full no claims/no points/business use) - with Chris Knott and all mods declared - nice thing was when I added the spacers after signing up just gave them a call and they noted it with no extra charge. Previously with Admiral on their multicar - when it came to renewal they clearly worked on the basis I was 'hooked' and nearly doubled the the premium - so I left. Also a bit concerned that only one no claims bonus might be counted in the future but Chris Knott was happy to provide two different policies with max no claims (one the ZED and one for the Jazz in the +1's name) so we didn't lose out.

  6. So I'm OK then with my white hair Correction, more like no hair
  7. That is a good price for a 313 - only thing that is missing is the service history. I see the badges have been changed, otherwise it looks OEM.
  8. Bagged by Zurgara who was first off the blocks
  9. As per pics: REAR VIEW FRONT VIEW holes are from my phone holder - either re-use them or use new ones - will be covered by the holder in any event. It just clips in the trim 'grooves', no holes or marks when you remove it. All that is needed is a holder for your phone - see link: http://www.dsldevelopments.com/brodit/M ... Holder.asp Only condition is you must have at least 50 posts on here. pm if you want (first come first served and free postage in UK)
  10. Following on the Touring Cars is action from The Goodwood Revival - a great meeting and the some of the action with the historic cars worth a £1m+ is to be admired
  11. Fuel damper TSB:
  12. Yep - an impressive location - so something to visit during the next Wales drives Bat heaven The odd vertical 'clouds' in the first pic are vapour/steam from the Cadburys bean plant - unfortunately no public visits there
  13. Whatever the dentist or doctor's have lying around in the waiting room. More seriously, Car and EVO when I get a good pay day - even better when I get a year's worth as a birthday/Christmas prezzie
  14. Shoddy workmanship by that fitter then it seems
  15. Watch out Graham - I felt exactly the same over 5 years ago when I got the first ZED and still have the same feeling three ZEDs on
  16. And did you see we have a spy in there No issue with personal opinions about the merits of 350/370's but I do object to total crap when someone suggests the 370 is 'dirtier' in co2 terms when it is actually 40g/km lower than the 350 and therefor falls in a lower tax bracket.
  17. Was he dawdling along.................again. (Sorry Colin, see you next week ) Hmmmmm.... after that perhaps I might review our arrangement, with others knocking on the door
  18. Yep, it might just as well be there for decoration Just put a spanner on it - its just a bolt with a spacer underneath

  20. Couple of vids - fraid the weather killed the drag action First one - RX7 farting - even that was deafening at tickover standing nearby Mazda RX7 dragster - Santa Pod 3-10-2010 And deliberately chose this one as it was a woman driver Drifting at Santa Pod 3-10-2010
  21. On the face of it looks a good buy but do all the usual checks (especially for crash damage). Exhaust looks aftermarket (no rolled tips). Mileage is not high IMO given it is 7 years old, but the lack of full service history needs to be carefully considered.
  22. You just have to slow down

    RS200

They had one on display at Fords M53 Showroom in Ellesmere Port in 1989. I think it was one of Ford's works rally cars, it wasn't for sale but 80k sounds about right. It's the only one I've ever seen, looking at those pics of it, those tyres look very interesting, at first glance they look to be worn out on the edges, but I think that it's just an unusual tread pattern, not sure what the police would make of it though . Pete So much for the recession then - guide price now (taken from the link) : This car is trully something special, to think that back in the 80's this is what a manufacturer could produce, a proper space framed car with twin shock set up, adjustable 2/4WD with the push of a lever, Intercooler thicker than anything i have ever seen mounted at the top of the car to give full on effective cooling for the turbo, that to be fare was similar in size to wales. Absolutly stunning and left me a bit speachless in these days as if felt like a true masterpiece preserved perfectly for its, !!!!NEW!!!! owner as the car is going up for sale. Any seriously interested buyers in this car please send me your details via PM and i will forward to the owner. Value put on this car is £150,000ono Trust me you won't find a more special example,
