OK Dave you caught me out. Yes I am thinking about getting one and if no other Sunsets have one!!! That just might push me into it. Just do it then Chris, but remember putting a bulge bonnet on an older Z is like putting a sock down your boxers... It may attract admirers but they will be disappointed when they look inside Not in the case of Shire350Z - now he has the full works

Some great pics Liam and nice to meet you, Paul, Pete, Matt, and slimjim -all first times and hope to see you out on future drives Would that Senior Citizen be Chris then Amended my sig, just for you and hey why do post upside down ha ha ha, love it, what's upside down though? Suddenly its not

Where is this meeting? can't seam to find it on the forum? Here you go: viewtopic.php?f=89&t=39622 Oh, and welcome to the forum, and 370 ownership

Compare that to this MY06 example: http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/ ... ?logcode=p

Scary - reminds me of the Chamois Sport I use to use for autotests and PCTs, but my hair was longer

Having had both 276 and 296 engined 350's don't be put off that one has 20bhp less - IMO for road use the 276 has better torque characteristics. You can of course spend more money (not a huge amount) on an up-rev & decats to improve the driveability/power of either standard engine though

50's? Born 1964 Several decades after Colin Just a shame you haven't worn so well and are now to slow to keep up with us on the Welsh drives
-
But loved the rest of your pics Darren and Natika (is that spelt right) doesn't take a bad pic either oh BTW, apologies for implying you are great at bringing up the rear end - I'm sure you are great in any position

Didn't know they were bringing back GM as a colour option - would twilight grey suit instead

Pleased you guys enjoyed the drives - sorry about the Sunday weather but that's 'Wet Wales' for you Really nice to see some new faces out for the drives - hope you will all come back for more next year or try some or come along to some of the other meets/drives that are laid on A big thank-you you to ChrisS who helped sort out some fantastic new roads and then darted about everywhere on the Saturday to get some great pics - my personal favourite Chris and I will get that print you gave me framed Oh, and your buckets are with Moreton reception for you to pick up Also big thanks to Darren-B, who I delegated as rear gunner on both days without pre-warning him . Not only 'recovered' slimjim back on route on Saturday but then stopped to help will350z fix his stone issue on the Sunday - wheel off only possible as Darren had his jack to use as the 370's don't get one I think he enjoyed catching the rest of us up at Bala from what I hear Enjoyed the little convoy from Surrey with glrnet, Darren-B, will350z, who left us at the M42 to divert to Hereford for your mates wedding. Wasso stepped in and joined us at the M6 toll services having doubted our wisdom of using that route only to become one of the converted But Will, no bridesmaid with you on the Sunday Sorry it was a bit slow at times on the drives - I was doing my best to shake off the pesky 350's behind me but discretion got the better of me on the wet roads I have to say, but if they were dry... Mind you a horsebox travelling at 20mph with half a dozen cars behind nose to tail on a 60mph road on the Saturday for about 15 miles didn't help I think Moreton Park Lodge/Hotel did us proud again and was really pleased with the Sunday lunch at the Best Western in Betws-y-Coed - the fact the car park was just across the road that they had reserved exclusively for our use at least meant we didn't get too wet. Didn't get much of a chance to take many pics but here are my efforts: The convoy on the M40 Will enjoying 'his' new 370 Unscheduled stop before a trip round the EVO triangle Our regular lay-by stop going towards Ffestiniog And the car park at the Best Western I would like to send a couple of good photos of the cars in that carpark (showing the hotel in the background) to the Best Western as they have indicated they may use them in their publicity It ought not to go unrecorded that we were accommpanied on the Sunday by an Alfa around most of the route, which had come up from Bournemouth to be with us. Said Alfa contained Bruce and Sky (friends of Will) who were there to take pics of us and I know from Bruce's pics at the Port Solent and Wise Old Owl meets recently he is pretty handy behind the lens so am looking forward to seeing his pics. BTW Bruce, I hope that puddle I hit did not soak you Oh and finally Its sitting on my bonnet

A pm is the best way to secure a purchase - if I want something badly enough that is what I do and if I am lucky enough to have the the sellers phone number/email address even better Showing an interest/first dibs etc on the thread realistically means you might not get in first. Posting on the for sale threads also shows to other wannabes your interest so there's a good chance you will lose out. The seller might also have an ad/ads elsewhere Really, the for sale thread should just be used for clarifying matters and it is agreat help when the seller has sold to tell us that so everyone knows Until the software is adjusted to remove the need for posts made after the intial ad (including revisions to the first 'for sale' ad) you now know the best way to secure a purchase

Thanks Chris - great pics -we love those ones on the A5 We did call back to Country Cooks but where were you - no signal at Llnwrest (is my excuse ) Rain back at Moreton so no car washing but guess where we are instead
-
Car is washed and packed and the +1 is ready, just clear off a few sales posts on here and then we are off

Being based across the pond I have found that the differing specs they have there does mean there is limted value, beside which when 370 owners here need help/advice and even parts they will look closer to home
