  1. Yes - I have one costs me £4.95 a month, although I'm not sure it is worth it as it still features camera locations that have long gone. But very useful when in unfamilar areas and giving warning of speed trap areas (riskzone) locations Also find the GPS speed indicator I usually have on helpful rather than relaying on the car's speedo which is always flattering to deceive.
  2. Any details/links you can post up of the car concerned? Anyone in the brum area who might be able to help scotchegg by having a look at the car?
  3. 6 new spark plugs not good enough then
  4. Do what I did, take a pic of your old pic with your present camera
  5. New thread being posted by doogyrev shortly and we have got a rather nice prize for the winner that is kindly being donated by ZMANALEX so start digging those photos out
  6. I see your point mbs - thread locked. Vincentt: You may not have checked the forum's rules about selling ZEDS on here but you need a minimum of 50 (quality) posts.

    Part Out

yours says dibs at 9:28am Thats fine, its just when i looked at 2:56pm posts were going on from the afternoon but mine (plus others) from the morning and even the nite before were no where to be seen so just didn't want people thinking they had first dibs on things when they didn't. The time you placed the post does not change - so the OP can see from the listing who said what first. Unfortuately the clearance of all posts in the For Sale sections have to be checked by the Mods - I was working my way through them as they appeared on our moderation queue and then had to stop midway (other things in life) and as there weren't many Mods around at the weekend on here it all took a bit long - sorry
  8. Just thinking about this - two pics - one in their teens and another one as up to date as possible. Send them to one person by a deadline who then scambles them for posting up in one go and the member who guesses the most right by a stated date, gets free membership on here for a year (unless another of our trade members wants to better that hugely generous prize ) Does not have to be a team member - just someone prepared to host the pics and and pms and not open to bribes, except mine Hows that?
  9. Another one gone very quickly - thread locked
  10. Spill the beans - that was largely on the 370 you borrowed and took for a 800 mile or so fling around Wales
  11. Waste of money IMHO - the best 'insurance' is to make sure the car has been properly checked before buying it.
  12. This is true, I said goodbye to hair gel a long long time ago... Colin, great pictures How does the 370 compare to the beetle? I said goodbye to hair a long time ago The only common things between the Beetle and 370 are they both rear wheel drive - there any comparisons stop Reminds me, the earlier pic of me standing alongside NVJ420 (at the Normandy Hill ranges when I was 18) - it was oval windowed and rescued from a breakers yard and the paint on that was so thick, even on the underside, that despite being used in autocross and trials, was intact - no chance of that on the 370!
  13. I wasn't quite sure if he meant F1 should be banned or he was offering up himself for one after that comment
  14. Abbey motorsport (trader on here) would be your best bet - as they know the 350's so well. I just had my 370 checked at Nissan Tunbridge Wells (one of the performance dealers as my local Nissan garage could not help ). I believe their normal charge is about £90 but I didn't have to pay that
  15. Pleased to hear you have no more problems getting it up or down now Mart, even in the cold weather
  16. Too much information........but glad to see you two got it off together
  17. The aging process can be so cruel...... But just to make you feel better Graham still a petrol-head over 40 years later...........
  18. Here is a link to how to get the 350 knob off (Nissan official procedure) http://www.nissanhelp.com/diy/z/project ... emoval.htm Whether the same principle applies to a 370 though
  19. And Ferrari are potentially in deeper engine trouble, especially with Massa out of the title running http://www.mibz.com/24511-ferrari-f1-te ... eason.html So I expect Whitmarsh, Hamilton & Co are quietly smiling although sadly Button is running out of excuses............
  20. Welcome to the forum - great news another Surrey owner. Will350z has a Kuro roadster and he's not far away at Deepcut nr Guildford And do come along to the meet Darren-B has mentioned
  21. Are you saying that because of the used engines issue, apart from the points lost? I seem to recall RB have got through their quota of unused engines, or is it just Mark and not Seb?
  22. For thread read post
  23. Welcome to the forum I am way down south, but prefer to drive your local roads One you will recognize when I was following Stew, after the 2009 Hoon
