When literally millions make the difference betwen winning the championship and not, you can bet any team will 'use' the rules to their advantage. When the re-introduction of team orders came back it was seen to undermine the integrity of the 'sport' from us the paying public, but at the end of the day it is only the winners of championships that are remembered and that is what counts, to the teams , drivers and most of all for them the sponsors. That's not saying I like it one bit, but like so many 'sports' these days you need lots of £££££££'s to stand any chance of winning, and in this case no rules were broken and I have absoluetly no doubt that had it been Mclaren, Red Bull, Mercedes, et al in the same circumstances they would have done exactly the same. Move on, and lets hope next weekends race is a real humdinger

No, warranty is over but that said all 4 wheels have stone chips* and nut removal marks so I am already thinking about a refurb next year and given the matching colour problems I'm going to have them painted. Colour yet to be decided but will be similar to OEM. * The 370 wheels are certainly more prone to stone chips than the 350 rays as the design clearly means stones get thrashed aound in the spokes before they 'escape'.

Like the 350 Rays, the 370 Rays are also prone - just saw this yesterday

Likely to be a Nissan restriction on when demonstrators that dealers get with good discounts, can be sold on. Happened to me in November 2009 and a rival dealer picked up on the supplying dealer prepared to let me have it then and Nissan were 'informed' and instructed the sale could not go ahead until January 2010. The ironic thing was Nissan were wanting dealers to promote 4 x 4 and the Cube at the time and my 370 was occupying space in the showroom and with just 68 miles on the clock as it was not used by any of the staff for transport.

Does sounds like the car has had a JDM replacement mirror, but that said I never had occasion to check the electrics into the mirrors on my previous 350's, (see sig) both of which were UK supplied and the mirrors were heated.
