  1. Good to hear the service from Motorline is as good as I have found them. Just seeing your other thread on the ticking noise the car has developed, I would suggest you go back to Motorline and get them to give it the once over. Now you are 'known' to them and its only very recently that you had the service and even though your issue is probably unrelated, I am sure they would do a road test (with you in the car) to try and identify the source of the noise. If not, there are some good independents around - pm me if you need some more info on those
  2. You do not have to use a Nissan dealer, but just make sure Nissan parts are used. I mention that as should your car have an issue that in way can be linked to non Nissan parts then you may not be covered by the 3 year warranty.
  3. TGM at Fleet are Honda speacialists (as well as a great reputation with Zeds). Just off junction 4a on the M3.
  4. Moved to 'wanted' rather than 'for sale' otherwise you might be asked to sell the remaining one
  5. Warning point coming if your avatar and sig pics are not updated soon
  6. So potentially 9999 nismo 370's then....?
  7. Look forward to hear how you find the Nismo version compared to your previous 370. First thing is how does the exhaust noise compare......?
  8. Often said, but it has another useful purpose - see my post on here http://www.350z-uk.c...ubs#entry875546 Has anyone actually tested the suggestion it will stop (OEM) rear wheels being fitted on the front?
  9. Not an uncommon problem http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/54763-how-to-fix-the-inaccurate-fuel-gauge/
  10. Didn't know you had a 370 now....... but blowed if I'm looking back through your 1352 posts to find out when you changed from the 350
  11. I trust you are only using one, winker Correction, you are jesting????? otherwise my worries about you will be confirmed
  12. Not sure I have ever seen your roof up Will, so perhaps that accounts for the lack of wear More seriously, I too doubt the 'value' of these extended warranties. I believe you would be best off to ensure the dealer records on your car records your concerns prior to warranty expiry and from what we have seen a "goodwill gesture" (up to a limit - I think it is 6 years from first registration) may be more fruitful. Sad to hear though of repeated problems but seems Nissan did not learn enough lessons from similar issues with the 350 roadsters - as martinmac can testify.
  13. Check the brake fluid level - make sure it is up to the full mark. This 'fault' has been a fairly common issue with the 350's so I'm guessing the 370 has it in its genes....
  14. As all for sale/wanted items/cars etc are in one sub-forum atm, it is then a question of what else should be separated out? The best thing I have found when not wanting to miss posts in dedicated sub forums is to tick the "follow this forum" so you get notified each time something new pops up. But this a members' forum so if there is enough support for the idea I'm sure Admin will see what can be done
  15. Can't think where buster got the idea for his current wheel paint job........ Always a pleasure to see your pics Andrew and I agree some calendar material there........ eh Doogyboy
  16. Has that sorted the 'clicking' from the front end of your ZED that you had at the Ace cafe meet Andrew?
  17. Depends what farm tracks he uses.........
  18. Nice, but totally impractical with all the prone plods we have to navigate this side of the pond.
  19. 370s without the GT pack in the UK are rare beasts. The only time the 370 gets "twitchy" is when your right foot/brain does not compensate for the conditions. Like your RX* when its damp/wet 325bhp + through the rear wheels means you you take the appropriate caution. I would think again about not changing the tyres "until they are done" as the 350/370s are sublime on good quality tyres with loads of grip. I will change mine well before the legal limit and although the fronts will be less worn I'm a firm believer of 4 matching tyres with good tread. MPSS are the choice tyre atm, but I have found the Ultrac Sesstanas good - better than the RE050a's 370's came fitted with from new in terms of feel and 'playfulness'. Come April expect s/h 370 prices to be lower than your current budget so if the car is need of tyres don't skimp and use the extra dosh to change them and have a 4-wheel alignment done otherwise you might well find it is bit of handful - remember the 370 is whole lot heavier than your RX8.
  20. Nice pics Andy I find Vimeo works well with the HD uploads, but then I don't use the tube for that so don't know how they compare.
  21. Nothing to be ashamed of there and given Oulton is not a particularly forgiving track if you get something wrong
