I think I need to invest in an orbital polisher and related kit. Anyone recommend anything? Any good videos to teach me the technique? Car is always given a 2 bucket wash but with the extra time it'd be good to learn to detail it myself and restore the paint.

Did you fit these discs and pads yourself? Did you bed the pads/disc in as per recommendations? Have you been using the brakes to come to a complete stop? Have you held the brakes on when fully stopped (at traffic lights, junctions, on the driveway etc)? You can try your luck via warranty but be prepared to (dis)prove all the above.

I've had a full Cobra system and just moved to Tarmac HFCs and ARK GRiP exhaust. Cobra was the louder of the two, even had a few decent pops on the down shift. Unfortunately wouldn't give me much time around track before being pulled for noise. Had to tame it down to Tarmac HFC and ARK exhaust.

I am unable to find a schematic or breakdown of the Nissan infotainment unit so can't validate my findings however, my tinkering around has found the crux of the problem being Android 10 messing with Bluetooth profiles. You'll need to go into developer options, change the Bluetooth AVRCP profile to a previous version (1.3 and 1.4 may work best with the 370Z by guesstimate of age). You may need to restart the device after changing the profile and I strongly recommend deleting the phone from the car settings and the car from the phone settings before you restart the phone. I've not had chance to try it myself, nor have I been able to find out what Bluetooth version is running on 370z's. Once I find the info, I'm also looking to see if an upgrade is possible for the infotainment system.

Isn't this to do with the fact NI had its own devolved powers on car registrations and licensing? They aren't subject to the same DVLA rules as the UK, they have their own setup.

Doesn't this all come up on a HPI check? But yeah if it was registered in NI then that will explain it all.
