  1. £2750 ? It's worth more in parts... Fix the niggles, MOT it and trade it towards another/something else. As for the new Z we need a 450Zs 4.5l v6 supercharged Balls to emissions and electric cars, i'll pay the tax...
  2. wow ! Those wheels and fitment are perfect. Stunning car. GLWTS
  3. Ouch !! Everyone screws up at some point, one of life's little treats. Stick with it and learn from the mistake On the plus side, you may get some if not most of that out with a puller, will 100% need paint but shouldn't need a new Q panel. Any damage to the wheel/s or alignment ? Not half as bad as this, pricey example but same theory:
  4. No worries, was going to say I have a rotary polisher , pads and polish if you wanted me to pop over and lend it to you ? I have a very light cut g10 and some 3m ultrafina for light holograms/swirls wool mop and foam pad. Just let me know if you want it for a few hours
  5. Yeah ECU is not volatile memory for the map, it does wipe faults etc and reset a few things but won't wipe the map.
  6. How much is it for the full set ? Front, boot and the 350z all in gloss black. Thanks
  7. Do these fit the DE or are they HR only ?
  8. Ah the good old, "I can afford it, therefore I can drive it..." More power than talent often ends this way.
  9. Think TDi North are the closet to you, Warrington
  10. Creaky/clunk on Roadsters when crawling off curbs or over speed humps Mine seems to be the rubber bungs in the door shuts, cured with wd-40 after every wash just rub some on the end and on the body with a microfibre.
  11. Seeing how much it took to break this box, gives me more confidence to give mine a little stick from time to time
  12. 5 piece lifting kit: Crawler board 2 xWheel chocks Jack 2 x Axel stands Wheel stud bar £75 http://www.halfords.com/workshop-tools/garage-workshop/trolley-jacks/halfords-5-piece-lifting-kit
  13. Yeah looking at the first post (pic) there are 4 rca outs red white black and yellow and the corresponding on the leads, those should be the speakers outs. Then there are separate red white yellow hardwire connections to the HU (grey wires) which should be for the Audio and Video inputs
  14. Wow ! Stunning car. Love it, hope it treats you well
  15. At a guess i'd say @ZMANALEX is the guy you need
  16. Yeah flat them off with some wet and dry 1200's and then spray some clear coat on them. Tack coat and a wet one, best done in a garage or shed (house if the Mrs is out) so you don't get dust or flies in the clear
  17. So that's how the Aliens built all those Pyramids and temples etc it was an ET bricklaying class gone wrong
  18. Don't worry, soon you will be finding the hole in the dark one handed I'd be checking it every 2 days, or 100 miles. I think the L to H is about 1.5l Start at H and check every 100 till you get to L that should let you work out how much you use. They use a little more if driving with gusto
  19. You missed delete your Facebook account
  20. Sounds like you have a consumer or a leak if it got that low, check it every few days. I'd get a full change done, then monitor closely every other day and see how much is 'lost' over xx miles. As said before, oil light is pressure not level. If you see it, then often it's too late and damage has been done.
  21. You could easily repair that, 2 aluminium strips each side 1 inner 1 outer drill through and rivet on to the heat shield, re-drill the mount holes and refit. Far cheaper than replacement, but you could take option 3 and just bin it
  22. Not sure if you can do it ? but if its close to write off, buy the parts from Alex and ask they just do the paint and fitting etc. All genuine parts so they can't argue that and will be a fraction of the price of off the shelf stuff.
  23. Nah can't buy in to any of that, no offense to believers or anything. But the guy in the video is clearly a wacko. Why won't the aliens just come back and debunk all this crap....
