  3. Not surprised they crashed tbh, ...those helmets really restrict visibility and should definitely be banned.
  4. I had my roof resprayed on my old Zed Strudul as part of a few other paint jobs I was having done so I can't give you an exact figure but I'd guess around £100-£150 to have the roof done from most body shops.
  5. First thing to do asap imo is get some "Kurust" from Halfords or similar and apply that in order to stop the rust from spreading any further. Link: http://www.halfords.com/motoring/paints-body-repair/rust-removal-treatment/hammerite-kurust-12-5ml-pencil For the touch up paint you're just as good going to the main dealers for it as they'll get the paint code from your VIN and it's only about £5-£6 odd for the little kit they give you. If you're going to wrap the car then it is best to get that sorted properly before wrapping otherwise it will just get worse hidden from view below the wrap.
  6. Don't forget the other option of a turbo kit as I know Adrian@Torqen had some cracking turbo kits for the Zeds. Whether it's a turbo/s or supercharger kit it will transform the cars performance Chris.
  7. Yep they're terrible and reminded me of "James Bonds" on his old Aston, ...but not in a good way.
  8. Totally understandable Andy, ....nah I'm kidding, you're bonkers really. Seriously though I do kind of understand where you're coming from as I do get a lot of satisfaction from making things myself often with the end product/kit/part etc not being as fun as the fun I had along the way making it.
  9. Good luck with your plans. If you do the "penny trick" use plastic or nylon washers instead of actual pennies as they are less likely to damage the rubber or your paint work after they're fitted. It's a simple job to do and sorted my boot unlocking problems.
  10. Came close to giving you a warning point for that one.
  11. Beautiful garden Ricky. You've done a great job there.
  12. Unlocked at Ops request. Good luck with the sale/swap.
  13. Welcome aboard Martin. Always search via Google for best results. For example: "350z UK *your question here*?"
  14. @350zedd & Tricky-Ricky ~ Great ponds both. Love the slate and stones on yours 350zedd. Does yours have a mini bridge Ricky? That's a lovely feature and the small water fall is very nice. JEMAN as usual doing it in large scale.
  15. HAHA this is a sink in the Utility room Sink in the kitchen is a nice black composite one! lol.. Stainless steel is better for washing car parts too hahahah My kitchen sink is missing the half bowl in the centre which is great for washing your hands in. Definitely something I need to address next year.
  16. Love the bike in it's black guise. Very cool indeed.
  17. Have you tried asking Adrian@Torqen or Chris@Tarmac Sportz? Both of whom AFAIK deal with Stillen products so would be able to source both parts I'm sure.
  18. Picturing you in a whole different way now Ricky. Got "Born to be wild" playing in my head. Looking forward to seeing what you do with it, ...the colour is definitely not what I'd choose but everyone has different tastes. Are you going to fit any gauges? As I notice it looks like it has none at all. I'd imagine you may need to change the tyres as well if they're that old with the bike not being ridden.
  19. Could be his inbox is full ~ hopefully this bump will bring it to Brads attention.
  20. Loved. Variety of aftermarket parts available ~ ease of modding. Seating position ~ Gauges, pedal position & wheel position all spot on. Styling & overall appearance/shape. Adjustable rev position shift light. Handling even as standard ~ inspires confidence when driving spiritedly. Hated. That I sold it. That I worried about jealous people damaging it every time I parked it somewhere. Boot space ~ mainly due to strut bar getting in the way. Headlights ~ not great on the DE for spirited driving on dark unlit roads. That I sold it. (worth mentioning twice )
