  1. Sorry to see that and what a way to meet the new neighbours. My guess would be that it will cost between £600-£1000 at least to get that fixed properly by a decent bodyshop. Good luck whichever way (cash in hand or Insurance) you decide to go about getting it done.
  2. The Highway Code says: So as I was moving then indicating to indicate my intention of pulling over was the correct thing to do. If you don't look in your mirrors or use your other senses like hearing to be aware of upcoming emergency vehicles then you (that guy) really are a danger on the road. Not hearing the Ambulance though may have been down to him having headphones on for all I know. Another annoying and dangerous thing some people do nowadays.
  3. 3rd, 8th & 7th according to the last few intros you've posted in. Na na na na na. ;)
  4. I had a similar incident a while ago: I'm driving on an A road and look in my rear view mirror to see an Ambulance approaching quickly (lights on & siren on/off periodically), so I indicate left & pull up on the verge. The car behind me then slows, blasts their horn at me and gives me a stinking look while pulling out around my car almost forcing the approaching Ambulance into on coming traffic. I think the driver thought I was just pulling over in a stupid place to use my phone or something but how can you miss a bl**dy big Ambulance with blues & twos on?! Lot's of idiots on the road so you definitely have to keep your wits about you all the time.
  5. Would love to own anyone of those cars Sherlock.
  6. Moved your thread to here wilo. Maybe add some pictures to help others judge what it might be worth. I'd guess somewhere in the £4K-£5K bracket with those miles (condition will make a difference though).
  7. Definitely better off going for an aftermarket stereo Blocko.
  8. Great pictures Adrian and love the mannequin video (very well done). Ali G classic too although for a second I thought it was you. ;)
  9. Sorry to see that mr_smith. Rob332 made some sensible suggestions as I'd definitely get the geo checked, ...I'm surprised that your alloy looks completely unmarked. Maybe that means it was a higher vehicle like a 4x4, SUV or flatbed/tipper truck? Just speculating. Good luck getting it sorted.
  10. that would be good would it í ½í¸‚. Thanks. Hey you got everything else done right which is better than most.
  11. BS. JDM (Fairlady Z33) cars are usually limited to 112mph approximately whereas the UK 350Z is limited to 155mph approx. Both top speed limiters can be removed with a remap (UpRev).
  12. You might want to add if that is the delivered price or collected. GLWTS.
  13. Aha it's the light. It's copper red like a dark red Definitely a red colour Strudul. I like the colour Luke.
  14. Good news then and for less than a tenner you can't argue with that.
  15. Surprised it took this long to sell tbh. Great news (sort of) Matt. Let us know when it's all done & dusted.
  16. Any pictures of the part you're missing? Your best bet is to try zmanalex or Emperor Tuning for a good used condition part. Will be a straight forward swap over job then for you. zmanalex: http://www.350z-uk.com/user/9648-zmanalex/ Emperor Tuning: http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/232-emperor-tuning/ Good luck.
  17. I did notice that earlier but thought as you can see the Astra in the picture it hardly matters. GLWTS.
  18. Other option for you Dudey is that you could try a custom exhaust place like Longlife or similar who'll be able to fit a resonator for you, ...but then it will mean cutting out a piece from your new exhaust & more money spent obviously.
  19. It does not match 100% unfortunately but from certain lighting/angles you cant really tell haha... the paint on the car is almost 10 years old, I am hoping an exterior detail would lighten up the rest of the car a little bit That's a shame but definitely not easy getting paint to match on any car, especially the older they get. Maybe worth having a look in the detailing area or asking the question to see if anyone can recommend anything. Maybe a full mop over the car would help.
