Gutted for you mate. I can only echo the sage advice of staying well clear of accident management. Without going into details (I will once it's sorted) Elephant (part of admiral) recently palmed me off to one for a non fault claim and it was simply a waste of several weeks before I went back to the insurer and got it sorted.
