  1. Weather aside, it looks like you're having a good time. I bet knowing the language helped considerably with the Russian Police. Hope the weather brightens up for you guys, what a great way to spend a holiday.
  2. Can anyone recommend a product (probably two) to clean & condition the leather on my steering wheel which has become so shiny and slippery through use that its really getting annoying. Its not just one section of the wheel its the whole way round. I've considered getting it recovered (a mate has just had his done on an S13 and the difference is amazing) but i thought i'd go for the cheapskate method first. There are no scratches on the leather which is why I'll try the clean & condition route first. Any recommendations and methods of going about this gratefully received.
  3. I suppose a lot depends on condition, mileage, what model of it is and whether the baffles have come loose and it rattles.
  4. Bloody hell, these are gorgeous, have you any idea of the cost of the hub nut and its availability?
  5. Welcome to the forum, and for the sake of sounding like a parrot, read through the info that Will suggested, go forth, and check out a few, buy one and be prepared to have sore muscles in your face from smiling so much when you eventually own one. Zeds that have a good service history and have been well looked after will serve you well. You couldn't go wrong by buying one from a forum member as we're a pretty good bunch and have a love of the Zed and so they're generally well looked after. Happy hunting.
  6. My old 200SX S14 used to squeal like a bitch when it was damp on autumn mornings.I just tightened it up a few mil at a time until it stopped. Have you had a look in the FSM pdf's online for the belt tension free play?
  7. I much prefer the front without the large brick of moulded plastic, i think it has a cleaner look to it. I had two 200SX's before my 350Z and they had a similar plastic brick on the front which came off as soon as i got each of them home. Each to their own though, It gives us something to argue about. It definitely looks better without the brick.
  8. I hope he wasn't driving wearing those flip flop's he was walking around the car in. There's quite a number of people who've had accidents whilst wearing those things. My step-fathers mate demolished a brick wall two weeks ago after they slid off his feet and got tangled in the pedals. "Lets see how the body roll is going round this bend here" just a minute whilst i change down to second and take this 55mph corner at 20mph, "oohh there's not much body roll" LMFAO. It's nice to see someone genuinely enjoy driving the Neesarn 350Zee after his initial scepticism.
  9. Hey Jay, welcome to the forum and i hope the '07 is all you hope it to be and that you'll be driving it back home with you.

  11. Hey Bobby, welcome to the forum and congrats on your new Zed. Looks like its got a few trick bits on it already and I'm just loving those Sparco seats. Hope it brings you many miles of smiles.
  12. What a fantastic build, i just love the fact that its so subtle and not right in yer face and its also so versatile. I just have one problem, and thats down to the fact that I don't have a spare £500 to buy it from you. GLWS
  13. Welcome back to the forum, looking forward to seeing some photo's of your Zed.
  14. Hey Chris, welcome to the forum and congratulations on the purchase of your 350Z. I hope you enjoy it more than the 260Z which was the last one they made before the lardy overweight 280Z.
  15. My point is Alex, is that you questioned how SamN was going to remove his locking wheel nuts from his car after he'd lost the key. i thought i was being helpful in letting you know that you can remove locking wheel nuts without a key and letting you know where you can get the relevant tools to enable you to do this as your previous post queried how he was going to do this. I apologize for bringing this to your attention as you weren't aware that such tools were available. That is my point.
  16. You can buy a Velocity stack in kit form that will fit into a normal '03 to '05 airbox, Everything is included as well as the instructions on how to fit it. All you need to do is contact Flyboy and he will sell you one. I think the cost last year was about £35.00
  17. Is Redditch close enough for you? You could try Jez At Pro Tuner, he's a Nissan specialist who does dyno tunes for up rev, fits spacers and has prepared Japanese drift team cars when they've come over for displays and competitions. Does everything from a basic service to race prep. Specializes in 200sx's, 350Z's and GTR's.
  18. You could also buy one from Aldi for pennies and then buy four mini carabiners so that you can clip the net bag onto the D-rings and adjust it so that its as tight or as loose as you want it to be.
  19. Have you tried ZMANALEX or Demon Tweeks?
  20. Welcome to the forum, i hope you get this sorted out with the help of Busters diagram
  21. Hey Paul, welcome the forum and congratz on the purchase of your GT4.

  24. Hey Ivan, welcome to the forum. It looks like you bought yourself a tidy 350Z last year and I'm sure its fair to say that we're all looking forward to seeing plenty of photo's as you start your build.
