I don't think its the best of designs. If i park on the hill outside my house with the front of the car facing downhill it can read as much as an eighth of a tank different (fuller) than if i park with the car facing up the hill.
Welcome to the forum and congrats on the purchase of your Zed. Its a simple job of getting the phone to work via the steering wheel controls, chances are that you'll need the little Bluetooth adapter that fits in the centre console cubby. There is one for sale in the 350 parts for sale section.
Welcome to the forum and even though its a bit late, congrats on the purchase of your Azure Blue Zed. You'll find plenty of info on this forum, Which leads to my next question which is, do you have any plans for any mods?
I love these wheels, just a shame its the post holiday season and for that reason I'm skint otherwise i think these would look sweet on my Azure Blue Zed. GLWS.
Welcome to the forum and as previously mentioned by WackyWill, take it to an independent not a Nissan stealership. My multichanger also swallowed a disc, i fixed it by removing the unit and fished it out and all is well again.
My drivers side belt is also suffering from this problem, one of my 200SX S14's suffered from this as well, I just put it down to wear and tear but i'm definitely going to have a go at cleaning it if this solves the problem.
I've had mine just over two years now and even though its my daily driver I still smile when i walk out of the house and see it and have an even bigger smile when i hop in and drive it.
If they are the ones with the "ratchet" as opposed to the pin please be careful. My Zed nearly fell on me using these POS, I took them back as they wouldn't even hold up their own weight and got my money back. I made a post about these a while back, maybe they were a faulty pair but I'm sticking with the old fashioned pin type from now on as those things scared the life out of me and nearly squashed the life out of me.
This maybe a few days late but anyway congrats on the purchase of your Zed. Changes between 1st and 2nd have always been a bit notchy on mine even with a change of oil although it does get a lot better when everything is nice and warm and it hasn't got worse in the couple of years I've owned her.
I'm also surprised at just how the 350Z's are holding there prices (bearing in mind asking price and selling price are two different things) I've noticed quite a few the same year as mine with similar mileage, advertised at virtually the same price as i paid for mine. Might also in line for an upgrade to a 370.
