  1. The NC should hopefully get rescinded, he caught him once on the back of the head out of about 8 shots, hard to connect with every one when he's on the ground covering up. Aldo is crazy, was funny watching security guards trying to protect him from the crowd, cos a Brazilian crowd are gonna attack him aren't they?
  2. What was the install like? Looking at changing rotors/pads/fluid and install braided lines soon, I had a quote of £80 for fluid/lines but tempted to do it myself if it's not too difficult. Don't mind doing bits n bobs but if you do the brakes wrong it doesn't end well What made you go for the Black Diamond over EBC?
  3. Hope you get it all sorted! I'm thinking about installing my HEL ones next weekend before a trackday but I don't want to attempt doing them if it goes tits up as you can't exactly drop it off at a garge for them to finish if you can't stop the car
  4. Whatever you do don't buy a HDMI cable on the high street, you'll get rinsed. You need a 1.4 or 1.4a cable for 3D though, can pick them up for under a tenner.
  5. Got my rear side's done and was meaning to get the rear window done as well, can't decide whether to or not! I do like a black roof and rear window but the visibility is lowered quite a bit isn't it out the back?

  7. +1 Definitely my favourite there! How much do they roughly cost?

  9. Hopefully getting a Skid Control Course booked for early Feb via PistonHeads, only £79 for the day! 2 cars between 10 people so should get decent driving time. Wanted to do one prior to Winter but better late than never! Shame it's after my first trip to Oulton Park though (28th Jan). http://www.carcontrol.co.uk/default.html
  10. How does the zed compare to the Clio V6? I was really tempted to get one before I got my zed.
  11. Check here Jay, same username so I guess same wheels! http://www.gtr.co.uk/forum/152298-19x10 ... tyres.html
  12. Can you post the photos/wheels you want to use in here? I'll see if I get time to do it this evening!
  13. When I got the Berks fitted post UpRev, when I had the car remapped I was told it was running very lean so the Berks have a fair effect!
  14. Walked to work without a coat on this morning, was amazed at how warm 11c felt Hope it doesn't mean the bad weather is getting saved up for a @*!# storm in January!
  15. Physically can't wait for UFC 141, part of me wants a quick KO but the other part wants a full on battle. The sheer size of Brock/Overeem will test the cage strength, wonder what ref will try to pull these two apart if it finishes on the ground.

    Rear LED light

Just make sure that whoever you buy them off packages them well and has them fully insured! I bought some 2nd hand ones off a member on here and Parcel Force managed to smash one of the corners, waiting to get money back for them
  18. My shed's a 5 door Fiesta 1.25! '97 with 63k on the clock, just had MOT 2 weeks ago during which 2 of the brake pipes burst! Quick replacement and a new(er) backbox and she was good to go for another year, well until Feb/March when I'll finally be selling.
  19. P1 - £112 MOT - £35 Took my own oil and filter which cost £64. They offered to wash and vacuum the car which is nice but like most zed owners I declined, too picky Will definitely be taking the car next year, think they said P2 was £195 and P3 £225.

    Lack of grip...

I've only ran the 452's since I bought my zed 6 months ago but I've always found them to have a distinct lack of grip in the damp compared to dry.

    Nail in a tyre :(

I'm in Manchester so there should be a few tyre repair places nearby! I found one locally which I'll try and take to to get a look at it. Hopefully it isn't damaged beyond repair, I've no idea how long it was running on low pressure though!

    Nail in a tyre :(

That was the other option! I'll see if I can find a local tyre place that can do it. Hopefully it's not a bad puncture that means I need to put air in it every day until then!

    Nail in a tyre :(

Took my car in to get its P1 and MOT done today and was told that one of the rear tyres has a nail in it. I had to pump up said tyre this morning after I noticed it was very low on air yesterday. Not sure if the nails causing a slow puncture or fast, guess I'll find out when I check every morning! If I replace the tyre is it best to get two new rears at the same time? They're 452's with 4mm tread left on them as found out on the service a few hours ago. Thanks!
  24. haha giving scousers a great name! I love how he says he's a "web programmer", I don't know a single person in the digital industry that would call themself a "web programmer" what a muppet
