Been watching it get relisted over and over. He bought it himself on eBay for £176 - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/170803012475#ht_500wt_1204 only a couple of weeks so wonder why he's selling so soon! I heard a couple of people say they suffer from heat-soak which put me off buying it.

I'm 26 and currently with Admiral Multi Car, I think on it's own it was something daft like £2200. Multi-car dropped a good wedge off that which was nice. I can't go for any specialists or Sky as I've got a Manchester post code

RTB used to have a thread somewhere with all prices and material didn't he? Can't seem to find it! Looks like I will go the route of wrapping the centre console, any ideas about the lower door scuffs?

How difficult is it to wrap? How much vinyl did you need? I might go down that route but I thought it would be very difficult due to the dials and round the gearstick, do you do it all with 1 sheet to stop seams?

Has anyone plastidip'd part of their interior? I know a few people have done wheels but wondered what it's like in an interior. I've managed to get a small scratch on my cubby door and it's been annoying me for months, since I have to take my headunit out to put a steering wheel patch cable in I thought I might as well sort out the dash. I've also got a few scratches on the inside of the drivers side door where I get into the car in a rush when it's peeing down and scuff the door, so that needs sprucing up as well! I also came acrossGtechniq C4 Permanent Trim Restorer which looks great for restoring faded trim but wondering if it would cover up the scratch or just make everything darker with a small lighter scratch still visible, anyone have experience with C4 (not that kind!)? Vinyl wrap is another way of doing it but i don't fancy trying that as I know I'll **** it up and vinyl isn't exactly cheap.

Yeah I was tempted by 18" but having seen 19" LM-GT4's on the car I definitely prefer 19"

eCommerce didn't help their cause but employing people who didn't, on the majority, give a @*!# about what they were doing or selling never helped. Going into an old indie game store and chatting with the owner/employee about some upcoming games was well worth the extra couple of quid than buying online. But going into an overpriced, poorly staffed/trained shop with no interest in gaming isn't going to get you very far! And the fact they had a ridiculously number of shops within walking distance of each other, I'm sure at one point there were 2 Game and 1 or 2 Gamestation shops in Manchester city centre.

Think it went for £2200, great price if the bracket is as strong as it was originally!

I had my first track day experience at Oulton Park in January. It was only for half a day with 20 minutes instruction near the end. The afternoon was great and the instructor in 20 minutes improved my driving more than I did in 3 hours. I spoke to a few people and they all said that Oulton is one of the more testing circuits but I didn't have any issues as I wasn't driving like a loon on my first time there. If you drive within your limits to find what you and the car are capable of you'll be fine. I started off looking in my mirrors alot worrying about faster car but you just get used to it and stop thinking about it. You'll end up having a much better and faster experience if you just concentrate on your own driving and just let people past when it happens. I'm definitely looking at going again! Oh and the day I went to was Novice only, by the looks of some of the cars and drivers they didn't all look like novices so an open pit lane probably wouldn't be that much different, certainly nothing to be worried about!

I've used Parcel2Go and Interparcel before many times. They are just a 3rd party service which displays the prices of couriers such as DHL, FedEx. Then you just pick what you want, generally the cheapest with insurance. I've never had an issue with them even when I had to put a claim through it took no time and they sent a cheque out. Another one is http://www.paisleyfreight.com/ that I know quite a few people use for sending wheels.
