  1. This is what the 350 hr 370 UPRATED one looks like.
  2. MIne had done 16,000 but it went soon after the supercharger was installed. Phone up http://www.abbeymotorsport.co.uk as they changed mine. Its not cheap as its a lot of labour charge. I think in total it came to about £700 without checking the invoice.
  3. This is 3 days on the trot someone is having the same issues. Since mine was changed for the upgrade its been great.
  4. As the title says I am having real bad issues with my air filter all due to positioning. I constantly clogs up and if I don't take it off and clean it out every few thousand miles I have real issues. The engine management throws a 3010 code and if I don't catch it 1st turn of the key to start it floods and that's that. The only way to get it restarted is to pull the blue 15 amp fuse by the battery box Number 81. This cuts off the fuel pump. Ideally have someone standing outside ready to stick it back in as soon as it fires up. At present I have the use of a ramp, as getting the air filter out from its position hidden under the right side front inner wheel arch is no joke. If you don't want to cut your hands to bits then I have to undo the intake pipe that the air filter is attached to and pull it out backwards. Not the sort of job I would want to do laying under a car. This has now been taken out at least a dozen times, and if its left to long it sucks in on itself. They has to be a better and easier way as being right down low it picks up all the road crud and salt. I was hoping my custom made under-tray may have helped but it just blows in from the front. Once it has been cleaned up and placed back on you can feel the difference in power. The code does not come back on and she starts up 1st time. This is the only thing that lets the car down and with all the money I paid for this set up the air filter is its nemesis !
  5. 31st Feb 09 or newer. Thats when mine was registered so no it can't go on a 60 plate Correction as Nictry wrote 58 or newer !!
  6. What about National Car parks Ltd on a private road. I challenged it as I reversed into the road and went to a Chemist opposite. I got the same sort of @*!# but as I am skint I wrote to them saying I was disabled and dyslexic! They wrote back saying that they sympathise but it stands. If I pay it within 28 days I pay £50 or £90 with the usual debt collection threats. Thanks
  7. I have to say I found this a fascinating read and very inspirational. Well done and great write up.
  8. Shush we don't use that kind of foul language on here!!!
  9. Is this because the HR one is a seperate unit and the DE is a fixed component or similar?
  10. Sounds like your exhaust fried the pussy cat as it was eating its food from a plate behind the car at the time!!
  11. And most of it was on my front bumper Did you drive into him Graham?????
  12. I have straight through's and when I 1st got them they were as Ekona said "raspy". But they soon settled down and now I don't hear them at all. In fact I don't hear anything when the engine is running other than the ARK Exhaust playing it's tune. If your going to have an uprev then yes change them but not just for the sake of it.
  13. I am shocked!!!! And the price!!!! I have thrown over £50k at mine so you must have put blood sweat and tears. I hope whatever the reason is you are making the right choice.

  15. Just pull the surrounding trim off disconnect and out it comes.
  16. Well this is in true occurance but I can't say the name as its a member on here. He mentioned he needed 2 new tyres and said he had lost his locking wheel nut key, do I have to have it to get the wheels of!!! The reply was yes, so he said oh I better find it then! And that's all your getting lol
  17. There are loads of companies it all depends on the search words you put in. Here are some. http://www.leatherca...ecialists.co.uk http://www.auto-trim...rimming/19.html http://www.autoleatherinteriors.co.uk http://www.theseatsu...ategory;op=show It took 2 mins to find these and they will all re-trim your seats. Average price is £1200. I still notice that some of you are referring and advising on black dye. Nissan 350z did not come as standard in black. They look black because of the filth and dirt ground in from lack of proper cleaning. The colour is Anthracite and can be bought from http://www.buffaloleather.co.uk If you put black dye on you will notice the difference as Anthracite is 4 shades lighter. Never put dye on a un-cleaned seat. At this time of year the only thing stopping it rubbing off in great big dollops on ya butt is the heat from the sun sticking it to the seat. As soon as Winter comes it will start to come off. Yes it does look nice when its done, but the idea is to keep it looking nice for as long as possible. Follow the instructions on Buffalo or on my own threads and you will have a lasting repair.
